Performed a paid assessment of a leaking kitchen drain pipe, no camera footage provided. Stated the extruded lining would not work but an epoxy type lining could be applied. $1400 deposit required for job which would take one day. Two man crew came, worked for 2.5 hours and left without a word (I was home the whole time, thought they were going to lunch, they did not return). Got a call saying they couldn't do the lining as described. New estimate provided for over $10,000 to do extruded type liner (which they initially said couldn't be done). Kept the $1,400, stating they had worked a full day and "cleared the pipe which was blocked". Pipe leaked, but it never backed up into the sink on either floor (both drain into a single pipe in the basement) so was not blocked. They worked 2.5 hours and only succeeded in leaving brown grease all over the faux flagstone floor (not visible due to color). I slipped and hurt my knee. Never received any of the promised diagnostic camera footage, nothing was accomplished outside of over $1,600 in cost to achieve exactly nothing but a wrenched knee.
It took two days, but our sink plumbing problem was fixed

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your patience while we worked through the issue—some plumbing problems can take a bit more time to properly diagnose and fix. We’re glad we were able to get everything resolved and your system back up and running. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re here to help!
I had this company repair my main sewer line a few years ago. They quoted me to sleeve the entire line, came and did the job, I thought everything was great. Now the line backs up again and it turns out they left the last 5 feet of the line unrepaired the first time. Not only did I have to pay for an emergency plumber and cleanup, then they charged me to come reinspect their own work and tell me that this section that they didn't repair is the problem and that now I need to pay triple what it took the first time to do this last section even though it should have been done the first time.
EDIT: After seeing the response from the owner, I called them again to see if I can get these documents that they apparently have that are different than the ones I have. Just like before, I explained the situation and was promised a call back from the project manager, two days later I'm still waiting for a call back...

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a sewer backup, and we certainly never want any customer dealing with that situation.
At the time of the original project, our records indicate that the scope of work was discussed in detail with you before installation. Due to the total length of the line and the budget you wanted to stay within at that time, the liner was installed to the agreed-upon distance rather than extending the full length of the pipe. We explained during the estimate and installation that a small remaining section of pipe would remain unlined.
Unfortunately, the section of pipe that was not part of the original scope is now the area experiencing issues. When we returned to reinspect the line, our goal was to accurately diagnose the problem and provide options for addressing that remaining portion of pipe.
We always strive to be transparent about the scope of work and the limitations of any project so customers can make informed decisions. If you would like to discuss the situation further, please contact our office and we would be happy to review the original documentation with you and see how we can help move forward.

Professional site salesperson. They provide a great initial inspection and a thorough sewer camera video, though the cost is about double what a local plumber typically charges for a similar sewer video inspection.
The salesman did explain the video in detail and also provide ideas on how to proceed with a linner replacement inside the existing pipes.
They do offer a quality product, but the pricing is close to what it would cost to simply excavate and replace the pipe entirely. While their method avoids the disruption and headaches of digging, the price is still very high.
If the cost were closer to half of what a full excavation and replacement would be, it would be an ideal solution. At the current price point, however, I would rather just do the full dig and pipe replacement and not worry about it again for another 50 years or more.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful perspective. We truly appreciate it.
We’re glad to hear that you found our inspection process thorough and that the video review and explanation were helpful. Our goal during the inspection is not just to show customers the condition of their sewer line, but to help them fully understand what’s happening underground and what their options are moving forward.
You are absolutely right that trenchless pipe lining can be priced similarly to excavation in some situations. The value of the trenchless method is that it avoids the disruption that often comes with digging — such as removing landscaping, driveways, floors, patios, or foundations — and eliminates the time, restoration costs, and inconvenience that can follow a traditional excavation project.
Our liners are designed to create a new structural pipe within the existing pipe and come with a 10-year warranty, with a projected life expectancy of 50 years or more when properly installed. The technology is used worldwide by municipalities, commercial facilities, and homeowners because it provides a long-term solution without the impact of major excavation.
We always encourage customers to weigh both options — excavation and trenchless — so they can choose the solution that makes the most sense for their property and situation.
Thank you again for the kind words about our team and professionalism. If you ever have questions in the future, we’re always here to help. We appreciate you considering Trenchless Today!

Trenchless Today quoted me on 3 different jobs on our site. The projects entailed sealing sump tanks. Their team from the office to the technicians, keep me posted with, arrivals, progress and the next step. The one unfortunate thing was that one of the project quotes was increased during the progress.
These projects were worked on the fall of 2025 so being a seasonal business (summer), I have not been able to see how the work and product worked. This summer (2026) will be the test on how these tanks are sealed.

We’re glad to hear that our office team and field technicians kept you informed throughout the process with scheduling, progress updates, and next steps. Clear communication between the office, crew, and customer is something we work hard to maintain on every project.
We also appreciate your honest note regarding the change in one of the project quotes during the work. Occasionally, once a project is underway and conditions are fully exposed, adjustments may be necessary depending on what we encounter in the field. Our goal is always to communicate those changes clearly and ensure the work is completed properly.
Since the work was completed in the fall of 2025, we completely understand that the true test will come during your 2026 operating season. We’re confident in the sealing systems that were installed and look forward to hearing how the tanks perform. If you notice anything or have any questions once the season begins, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Where to start!?..
A current, now ex customer called to have them look at frozen water line. (She was quoted $2300) to thaw a water line. Come to find out The water line was frozen because of the work they had previously done on the property and complete back in July
While the ex customer spent thousands of dollars ($21,491) to have them come out and install a lining in her sewer lateral, upon completion of the sewer lateral lining the crew failed to properly vent the sewer. They left the vent pipe under her enclosed front porch which has been causing a sewer gas smell in her place residents, and failed to backfill the hole they dug under her porch which led to her water line freezing. (Sewer line repair was completed months prior to water line freezing)
What to expect when spending over 20k to have a job performed
Months of sewer odor in house (7/2/25 - 1/28/26)
5 days NO water!
Ex customer has a tenant on property.
Countless phone calls to multiple plumbers in capital region only to be left frustrated and feeling hopeless with situation.
I can’t speak to said customer initial experience with company! Only the last 6 days of her experience
(Response to companies response)
Your guy came out and looked at the job when creating the inflated quote to thaw water line. Then retreated on the quote when i found the reason of why the water line was frozen. (Then I used a $30 pump from tile saw and hot water, and had the line thawed in 15 mins) if I didn’t open the window and see the hole your company left underneath her porch you would have gotten away with charging her a second time to finish a job she already paid you to do the first time

We take feedback seriously, and we’d like to clarify the facts surrounding this situation, as this review was written by the customer’s son, not the customer we worked directly with.
The original call was for a frozen water line, a service that 10+ other companies that could not rectify the issues. Based on the information provided at the time, a $2,300 quote was given, which is consistent with industry standards for specialized thawing equipment and emergency response.
Once our team was dispatched and we determined that the freeze was related to a backfill issue from prior work that we completed, we immediately took responsibility, sent a crew out, corrected the issue, and did not charge the customer anything for the repair.
To further clarify:
• We never received a call or complaint in the last 5 months regarding a sewer odor.
• The customer’s sewer lateral repair is covered under a 10-year warranty, also stated on her paperwork. Had we been notified, we would have addressed it promptly.
• The vent referenced was not left improperly terminated, and the area in question was accessible for correction had we been contacted.
• The customer requested $5,000–$10,000 for pain and suffering and missed work, which we explained we could not offer. However, we did commit to reimbursing any documented, out-of-pocket expenses directly related to the issue.
We understand how frustrating plumbing emergencies can be, especially in winter conditions, and we acted quickly, professionally, and at no cost to resolve the problem once identified.
We stand behind our work, honor our warranties, and always encourage customers to contact us directly so issues can be resolved efficiently and fairly.
If the customer would still like to discuss this matter, we remain open and willing to do so directly.

Very prompt and professional, did a much better inspection and review of the issue than the plumber I had previously called and gave a competitive estimate compared to the trenching quote I had received. Work was performed within a week, completed in a single day, and a year later I have encountered zero issues.

They did a great job lining the main sewer line to my rental property. They were very prompt from the initial estimate all the way to completion of the job. This was a way better process than my other estimates of digging up my entire basement to put in a new sewer line to the vent in front of the house a lot less messy and about 25% cheaper. The financing they had available was easy do. I’m very happy with the job they did

Highly recommend! Trenchless Today was able to fit me into their schedule within a couple weeks of my initial inquiry and get the job done. They were able to repair a sewer line under the slab of my apartment building in 2 days without having to displace the renters for any period of time. Very efficient and did a tidy job
