They gave me a very thorough explanation on our tree concerns and recommended care protocol with an injured 50 year old red oak tree, that is one of the tallest trees in downtown Pilot Point, and was in need of pruning. As well as mistletoe removal and pruning on a very large hackberry tree.
I scheduled the work and they were prompt, impressive traversing those huge tree canopies, took great care in making sure huge limbs weren’t hitting the house, very professional and did a great job cleaning up the yard after completion.
I highly recommend Tree Shepherds and will use them for all of our future tree care needs.
This is my second review posting for Tree Sheperds. These guys are awesome and always do such quality work. They're very educated about trees and what needs to be done to maintain them. The staff is highly professional and clean up after themselves. Today we had some trimming done and it looks great. Abe, Joe, Evan, and Hayden even went above and beyond to help me get a couple of straps around a high branch of a tree so I can hang a swing for my daughter. Even from the office standpoint, Kim makes scheduling so easy. I will definitely continue to use Tree Shepherds in the future.

My go to arborists. Very professional and safe. They go above and beyond to protect landscaping to the best of their abilities and respect your property. I've had 2 services about 3 years apart and they were both very high quality. These guys actually like trees and don't just hack away. I will only trust my tress with the Tree Shepherds.

Just had these guys out for the second time, and they did an amazing job again! The first visit was a total renewal of the tree canopies, and then a maintenance visit a year and a half later. You can tell everyone there loves to make trees happy, they work quickly, stick to the estimates, and always show up on time!

The arborist, John, provided a thorough evaluation. My beautiful maple tree could not be saved. The tree and stump removal was completed quickly. We called Tree SHEPHERDS and Kim was so friendly and knowledgeable. she promptly scheduled our service. The morning of our service john came by and to make sure the crew was here and ready to go. Crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. We had a large project. They done a great job. Clayton came next day to insure that we were satisfied with their work. After all said and done we are highly satisfied. These guys done a great job for us. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them 👍.

Highly recommend Tree Shepherds! They are courteous, professional and responded promptly with any questions. John P came out and gave us a thorough, detailed assessment of our trees and how best to care for them. Jonathan, Red, and Travis came out to actually trim our trees and did an excellent job! They trimmed them up nicely in our front and backyard and cleaned up any debris. They showed up on time and completed all the agreed upon work and gave us a quick summary before they left. Very satisfied with their work!

I’m very happy with the service from Tree Shepherds! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. What stood out most is that they don’t just trim based on requests, they have a certified arborist (in our case, John) who evaluates your trees and property and recommends the best approach.
The crew (Jordan, Joseph, and Marco) was kind, respectful, and worked efficiently. They left everything clean, and the team leader even helped coordinate with my neighbors to access their yard so the job could be done properly.

We had Stan come out and look at our tree then sent the quote which was very fair - I accepted the quote and the office called as promised and we had an appointment set - when Travis and his crew arrived they worked together effectively and the job was finished in less than 2 hours - our tree looks great and I will always call Tree Shepards

Needed 8-10 trees of varying size trimmed and generally cleaned out before they start to bloom. From the gentleman who came out to bid the job to the three-member crew who came out today to do the work, it could not have been a better experience. All showed up on time, they were all personable, knowledgable, and professional, and they answered all our questions completely. IOW, they showed up, did what they said they would, and did it well. Can’t ask for more. I highly recommend Tree Shepherds. Another crew will be coming out soon to grind four old stumps we have. Your colleagues have set the bar high, boys!
