This was my first time to use Tree Shepherds. I was very impressed. Stan came out and we walked the yard and he answered a bunch of questions I had about our many trees, he advised me on what we needed to do as well as advising on some pruning we probably shouldn't do. He marked and tagged and photographed all of the items we discussed. We had two large trees removed that were in bad shape and pruned multiple trees and also removed mistletoe. The crew was great and friendly and very professional.

Tree Shepherds came out today to remove a dead tree and remove dead wood on our trees in our backyard. They were professional and courteous. The crew did an amazing job! Thank you Joseph S., Jordan James, Marco Santiago and Marcus Ballard. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

We had Tree Shepherds come out last year to perform root flare excavation in our front yard, along with tree trimming and pruning, and we were very pleased with the results. This year, they trimmed and pruned the trees in both the front and backyard. Several backyard trees were hanging over our roof and extending over the fence into our neighbor’s yard, and those issues were addressed thoroughly. We also have a tree that is not healthy but not yet ready for removal; they recommended cabling and bracing in the future as a precaution in case it fails. They may be on the expensive side, but they are certified and clearly know what they’re doing. We’ve used basic lawn care services in the past, and the difference in quality and results is noticeable. We plan to have them return in the spring to improve our tree canopy, as we have approximately 22 trees in our backyard. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who truly care about protecting and maintaining trees.

Love this company! Wanted our Oak tree pruned for HOA regulations but we love our tree so much and wanted the best of the best. We wanted the tree to still be full and natural and cut correctly, not just hacked away at, so we spent some time researching different companies and saw that Tree shepherds had great reviews, certified arborists and good prices so decided to give them a try. John the Arborist came by to the estimate and review the trees and he was so knowledgeable! It was so interesting to hear all the facts about my tree and the best way to prune and care for it. Another certified Arborist also named John came back another day to add some treatment to my 3 cypress in the back and was a delight to work with. Thank you to both John’s for the information and professional services! When the crew came to trim the tree, they were on time and did a wonderful job. Our crew consisted of Jaylee, Jordan and Phil, and they were professional and friendly. One of the crew members climbed the tree to trim the top and inside in order to tip weight reductions and encourage internal canopy growth, (info learned from arborists!), he was very careful not to break any unnecessary branches. They took care not to step on my plants below the oak, trimmed where needed and even when they were ready to pack up and I mentioned there was a branch I didn’t like, before I could even ask or finish my sentence they were happily grabbing their tools to cut it. For someone who has high anxiety with services like this, this crew made me feel so comfortable and relaxed which I appreciate more than ANYTHING. If I didn’t feel this comfortable, I wouldn’t have mentioned the branch and had regretted it later. After, they racked up all the leaves and acorns, leaf blowed the sidewalk, swept the street and cleaned up the mess. Thank you so much Jordan, Jaylee and Phil! I will definitely be calling Tree shepherds again when I need tree service done. I wish I got better pictures but the house was barely visible and the branches were so low to street I could grab it. They did an excellent job. 10/10

INEFFICIENT. Difficult communicating with The front desk lady, who is not a native speaker. She asks questions e.g. name, address, email, which took a lot of time and she became impatient due to she could not catch the @ in the email. After all this hassle she told me the QUOTE will be available on NEXT Thursday. I called on a Tuesday morning. A single quote takes this place 9 days.
