I cannot thank Treasured Friends enough for their compassion and understanding on a day that was incredibly tough for us. We had to say goodbye to our Galah Cockatoo Cass and we bought Cass down to Treasure Friends and they went out of their way after hours to be there for us. We cannot thank you enough for the kind, compassionate and professional way you handle this and getting her back to us so quickly and even finding her ID Band was above and beyond.

On my Birthday weekend, (4th Oct) my perfect fur baby Willow, suddenly went downhill RAPIDLY! 😱💔😭 Having seizures every 12 hours. 😱 Seizures are the most horrifying thing I’ve seen in 30 years as a cat Mum. 💔 We had only seen Debbie our Vet on Monday 29th Sept. Debbie was really pleased with Willow’s weight, fur glossiness, temperature & heart beat. 🦁 When I took Willow back to Debbie on Monday 6th Oct, just a week later, Debbie even remarked that Willow’s face had changed. 🥹💔🥹 Something I had noticed. At least I had fore knowledge and was able to SPOIL & adore Willow rotten before she earnt her angel wings the next day. 😇 So I suddenly & unexpectedly had to find a Pet Crematorium. 😭💔😭 I knew Treasured Friends was the one from the very 1st fone call. 😍 A beautiful location. Richard was very kind and compassionate and I was able to spend a really decent amount of time with my perfect Angel. 🦁 I picked up Willow’s ashes the next day. 🥹 And it’s the prettiest casket/box ever. Pretty flower on the scatter box too. God bless you all! 🙏🏻 Including the Angel Postman who guided me there on Thursday and CHECKED to make sure I was ok. AND happened to be on the main road on Friday, as I drove off with Willow’s ashes. Lovely, comforting chat then too. 💞 Divinely guided meetings.

Our beautiful cat Sooty died Friday night. I called Treasured Friends Saturday morning. The lovely, kind and sympathetic lady arranged for him to be collected, and they took him within the hour. The lady who collected him was kind and sympathetic as well, and was the same lovely lady who bought him back today. I was kept informed throughout. This company is 10 out of 10. Thank you for making a distressing time, easier to deal with.

My vet arranged my beautiful cat Izzy's cremation at Treasured Friends. The ashes were ready 2 days later and came in the sweetest bamboo pouch in a little cotton bag. They did two paw print cards for me too. The ashes were thoughtfully presented and you could tell that much care had been put into the process. Forever grateful. Thank you

Sadly our beloved dog died yesterday, this company is amazing. He was taken away from our vets and I got a call this afternoon to say our boy had arrived. I now feel a peace having him back home where he belongs. Thank you so much for the service, you have made our grieving process much easier knowing we didn’t have to wait to long to get him back . I honestly do not have enough words ,I asked these wonderful people to help me with a request for our two cats, Rolo and Sossy that we lost and loved so much,some time ago . They made this possible and now my two boys are both together in the house with us. My reason is simple our daughters dog passed and the way they handled everything was amazing, so much so that we decided to take our boys to them in the hope they could help,and they did .
