My second time visiting the loft on market, and I remain in love with this place. It’s so cozy and quintessential New England, from the antiquity of the old wooden floors, to sunrise views off the back porch. No better or more central location for this salty sea town. Our hosts were terrific, and clued us into Elephantine, the award winning nearby bakery that started our mornings right. Highly recommend this spot!

One of my favorite Airbnb experiences to date! We came in to an eclectic and clean environment with mood light and music playing. It was right down town, plenty of parking, and pretty quiet considering. The space was big, bright, clean and FULL of personality. Awesome touches throughout that made it a really fun experience. Hosts were super kind, and communicated everything clearly. Can’t wait to go back!

Truly a marvelous accommodation: spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that was not available. The decor is eclectic, with a plethora of interesting items lining the shelves and walls. The location absolutely can not be beat, and Neil was a very available host, (though we had no need to bug him, since everything worked out perfectly). Two thumbs up (three, if had another). Can’t wait for a return visit next year!

We had a great time at Neil’s place! Beautifully decorated and we loved the outside area with fire pit and grill. The mattress was a little hard for us but that must be typical for a camper. Neil is very easy to talk to. Hope to stay again next summer!

This loft is outstanding and worth every penny. The bed and couch were comfy to sleep and lounge, the deck was perfect with a stunning view, and you cannot beat the location. It was amazing to stay right in the heart of Portsmouth. I'd recommend this spot to anyone!

The loft on Market St in Portsmouth was wonderful. The decor was eclectic & adventuresome. Everywhere you looked there was something unique & interesting. Kimberly's art gave the space a definite New Hampshire feeling. There was a large vintage record collection and a record player for your listening pleasure. And in contrast, the Apple TV was easy to use & had several apps installed (bring your own sign ins & passwords).The kitchen had almost every cooking utensil, dishes & pots & pans you would need for cooking. And of course two bathrooms are always a plus. The bathroom in the upstairs bath had a walk in shower. There were three flights of stairs to get into the apartment but you got used to them. Besides it's good exercise.One of the highlights for the apartment is the host Neil. His communications were always clear & concise. He was always available to answer questions or offer support. He responded to inquires quickly and tried to accommodate requests whenever possible

Wow!! At a loss for words! Had such an amazing time. From the minute I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. Everything was explained to me, the ins and outs, local recommendations and more. Found out that the property hosts live music on the weekends as well, which I found awesome. There is even a brewery tour that can be arranged in an old VW van. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Such a unique space to settle in and feel at home. We had no issues with street parking right in front every evening for overnight parking. Truly unbeatable walking distance to practically anything you could want in downtown! A very short drive to kittery, not a bad jaunt up to Portland. I would love to stay here again and just relax inside! It’s such a cool space!!!
