To Whom It Nay Concern: I wish to acknowledge the superb customer service up Dashua Burnside. Dashua was both knowledgeable and equally important patient with extremely attentive and professional care. When I spend money for anything, I appreciate speaking with someone who demonstrates a strong level of product knowledge. Dashua manifested this attribution with explanations that were very thorough and clear regarding destinations, selection, services and reservations. This was ever important as I was not familiar with the Monster until my phone call with Dashua. Dashua is clearly a strong player for Monster. Her exemplary performance reflects favorably upon herself, as well as the organization. Dashua's actions are candidate for example, and therefore worthy of emulation. Keep hiring exemplary performers like Dashua and I'll keep coming back! Bryan Chapman
