AFTER several attempts and false mixup. My sister and I went on a tour here a while ago and they have us as married. I set up my guys trip for MY bday get together recently and was offered a package that was at the tine a great idea. However, upon being on schedule as contractually obligated to be and do, because I said yes and paid my money, I appeared for my presentation, now what ? i was then meet with your married a glitch in the system from a Prior visit. now , im Mental space occupied with uncertainty fir the NEXT ODD Number of days wondering if im gonna lose money my deposit, no gift for comming here, Calling the monster getting little help however, the communication receipts from calling and emailing and getting good service along the way was there. So, eventually I talked to a young lady after by the Name of "Jordan grainger", not to mention i have to cut my vacation short due to work so im really nervous. And my party invited didn't even some out so it was all bad Until the lovely Mrs.Jordan Grainger helped me out with that and got me approved by her manager and good customer service quality for my deposit back for the major incident. Thank you for the resolve.

Although we did not cancel our trip as originally planned on the call, Lynda Paulson was super nice and she added another trip to our package. We are very appreciative of her kindness and excellent service.

I say Candace B. deservers an award or something. I promise, I was done with Monster. I called in and wanted a complete refund because I could never get New York. This lady helped me realize that although, New York wasn't available for my dates, I have other options. She helped me look pass the present moment of JUST WANTING TO GO TO New York, but now my plans are open to a summer vacation in Cabo, MX. Great job communicating options to me Candace.
