Went on vacation to Waikiki and just ran into issues. It took time away from my vacation and son’s graduation to get some issues resolved. Now my first vacation went as expected. This one just failed.

Poor customer service. Missed my flight to DR. No one from Monster told me in advance that you need to fill out an apply for an “eticket” in advance. Attempted it last minute. Website malfunctioned temporarily and I missed the flight. Also, no one told me if I rescheduled a second time and cancelled, I would loose the credit. If I knew that I would have reconsidered canceling. The first time it wasn’t even my fault. Monster should credit me the $300+ I lost sadly when it wasn’t even my fault. Why would anyone do business with this unprofessional company. Someone needs to hire good supervisors to train employees correctly.
