Truly awesome company. My neighborhood HOA only allowed one trash company to service us until recently and now let us use Trash Taxi too. What a night and day difference. They’re never late and are careful not to break trash cans (which the other company was always breaking and made it impossible to replace!). Recommend 10/10!
We have had Trash Taxi for 9 years and they have always gone above and beyond.. excellent customer service and support.. Kasey is amazing always

I love Trash taxi, we use them for residential service and sometimes we order up a dumpster from them. Much better experience than other local companies. Kasey Is very helpful and polite.

I had a small issue with an extra garbage can and Kasey was quick to fix my issue and was a pleasure to speak to. It was kinda funny when it was all over with when we hung up! 12/11/25
Back when I first started service with them 06/25, I had a horrible garbage company. They charged a lot and half the time wouldn’t empty but half the can. They made switching super easy and convenient and helped with extra garbage that needed picked up due to my other company I cancelled. I also have had an extra can taken once that wasn’t even theirs which was truly nice! I will recommend trash taxi to anyone! They truly care about their customers and go above for them. Everyone I’ve spoken to there has been great! And I’ve spoken to a few ladies!

My experience with Trash Taxi has been great! They are competitively priced, very communicative with schedules and changes, and also quick to respond to emails if I need something.

Trash Taxi does a great job with both our trash and recycling. Pick up is always timely. Customer service is also wonderful. Recently spoke to Kasey and she was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Trash Taxi is the best. There prices are very affordable, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!!! They are always timely and never miss a service date. I called about getting a can replaced, the customer service agent was knowledgeable, friendly and they responded in 48 hours to fix the issue, and they even texted me 24 hours before the truck came out to replace my can. I would give them a 6 star rating if I could. Highly recommended

I am not a customer of Trash Taxi but some of my neighbors are. The trucks have routinely been in our neighborhood for the past several weeks before the county ordinance time of 7AM collecting trash. But today was the earliest time at 6:04 AM! Are you not aware of the ordinance?
