Would not fix a production / installation issue that was their fault. Would not respond to correspondence trying to resolve the matter. Ended up costing me over $2000 to repair a manufacturer Tranzfreeze) fault.

Very happy with the freezer unit. Good value for money, and we did have 1 break down with the condensing unit after 3 months. But Tranzfreeze replaced it within 1 phone call and expressed delivered it to me. Nice to work with people that care about their customers. I will be building more trucks in the future with them.

Female Driver of this van needs to learn how to drive. You give way to the right at a roundabout, not rush through it because a truck is coming and you have no respect for other drivers.

Without doubt the worst customer service you could ever imagine. A good product but hope you dont need help with it. You will be given excuse after excuse and often just lied straight to. If you have an alternative - take it.
Had 5 vans done in the last 5 years. First 3 vans were done perfectly. Last 2 have had major issues is gas leaks from pipe and have needed to pay a different contractor to fix.
The latest vehicle after only having for a few weeks and spending 15k on the fit out had to be taken back twice both times told they had fixed the issue. But only a few days later wasnt keeping temperature again. had to take to a different contractor who found 5 big gas leaks.
Costing alot of $$$ to fix. Wouldnt recommend
