Leonard Leffler has proven to be an honest and capable businessman. He cares enough about his clients to the point where he goes out of his way to make them completely happy. When my first unit was a little less than my expectations, Leonard was very generous about providing me with a hair system that perfectly fit the bill. So if you have any hesitations about a hair system, schedule a consultation with Leonard. You will find him to be a consummate professional and a gentleman.

I left two wigs with Gia. I was surprised that I only had to explain what I wanted without trying on wig for her to see. She's the best. I came back, picked up the wigs, tried them on and they were both exactly what I explained to her that I needed. A pleasurable experience and I will be going back again, just bought a new wig and it needs work. I also watched her put extensions in my friends hair and the process was quite interesting and the result was gorgeous. Thank you Gia

After purchasing my own piece, the hair stylist-who was overbooked-made the piece too small, so that the hairline wasn't connected to my head. At first I was offered a refund and then decided to reschedule my appointment for a do-over. After being unable to make my rescheduled appointment due to personal reasons, I was told I would have to pay a late fee and also pay for the entire service. I ended up disputing the charge just for them to deny the dispute, despite an offer of a refund They made the false assumption that the hairline was already receeded and that's why the piece didn't fit my head when I had them put the exact same model on my head for the past 2 or years. In fact, I bought a larger piece to avoid this issue. The owner then said they would not refund my money or let my dispute go through because of missed time. If you're looking for a non surgical hair replacement salon that puts customer satisfaction first, this is not the salon to go to. I notified the day of the appointment that I was unable to make my appointment The piece may not be from Transitions but the poor workmanship is. I've been wearing hair for almost 20 years and had my first piece done at this place,but the new ownership deteriorated the place. If I wanted to reshedule,I was told by the owner, I would have to pay a late fee plus pay for the service in full-simply because I couldn't make it that day. To sum up:Transitions of South Florida destroyed a high quality French lace system I purchased for them to cut in. The stylist was overbooked and didn't listen to my requests nor did they measure my head properly . First the owner offers a refund but then requires a late fee and full charge for the service simply because I couldn't make it on the recheduled day. Then, the owner refuses my dispute, and then rationalized their excuse to me by lying-claiming that the piece already had too much recession. This was the exact same system put on my head for years and they have the nerve to lie,all in an effort to avoid refunding my money. They are willing to lie about everything to avoid a refund. ***What type of salon offers a refund,offers a complementary do-over of the service with a new piece and then says because you can't make your appointment, you'll have to pay a late fee plus get charged for the entire service? When the owner offered a refund,I let him know I disputed the charge. I paid $290-298 for a terrible service. The pièces I personally buy are 1000x better quality than the pièces they offer for the fraction of the price. The last time I ordered a piece from this place the knots weren't even bleached I purposely ordered à larger piece so that the hair stylist could cut it in properly. Now they claim that the piece never fit my head and they're charging me for time.. This is is the same piece-same model-that has been placed on my head for years by the same stylist . This is a terrible way to treat customers that have been going there since 2004 They overbook so that the stylist just churns you out. They place the dollar above customer satisfaction. I would rather pay more and go to a better salon because in the end it will cost less

We ordered a new hair system and booked Michael for installation of this new system at no cost. Michael did not show up for the appointment and did not notify us that he had to cancel the appointment. He was also 45 minutes late to his initial appointment throwing our entire schedule off. It is unfortunate that he is unsatisfied with the outcome, but we feel we did everything we could to work with this client. (The client picture is not a unit provided by Transitions).

I’ve been going to Transitions since I moved to the area 5 years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Gianna does a fantastic job my long hair. Hannah, their manicurist, loves to do women’s nails. I’ve been going to her since she started there. She does an amazing job.

I have been going to this establishment for close to ten years. They have an excellent staff and homey atmosphere. Their prices are fair and you can easily make your appointments online. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located. All the stylists are wonderful but my favorite is Evelyn.
