Appreciate for Divas' prompt and professional service over weekend. I am preparing a NCAT appeal which requires Certified Transcription of sound record to support my points. I lodged last minute job in the afternoon of Friday to Divas with concern whether it could help me over weekend. I called Amber to clarify what I need and urgency of the job, that needed to be ready Monday morning. Amber took this job and also contacted during weekend to clarify some requirement. The job had delivered on Sunday to meet my deadline with reasonable price. Excellent Customer Service with Divas and Thank you Amber.

I've used transcripts Divas for multiple projects now and am always really impressed with their communication and turnaround. I regularly speak to one of the project manager's Amber who ensures all transcripts meet our needs and whom sets clear expectations about when to expect them back. All transcripts are of a high quality. I would always recommend this service, even through the use of AI - which can get it wrong and add hours of extra work.

Transcript Divas are doing wonderful transcription work and making commissioning and receiving transcripts extremely smooth. Rarely have I seen transcripts in an academic research context so clean, and with so few errors. And these are long and complex transcripts. This attention to detail pays huge dividends for my team, as it has the potential to save us huge amounts of time doing corrections. Website claims majority of quotes will get response within 15min. Waited 4 hours, then got a one sentence response: "Sorry we won't transcribe your recording because it is too difficult to hear." Interesting, because they offer sound engineer cleanup service for an extra fee. Perhaps they are not up to the task.

Michael, I am sorry, as I noted at the time, the recordings were simply "too unclear to take on as a project". We did have a good look at offering audio correction - hence the delay - however, the recordings were simply too bad to bring up to something usable. We are VERY FAST at replying to clients, though in this case, I must apologise we should have kept you informed that we were taking some extra time to look at this project. As you know, it was not a simple and straightforward project. Going forward, the Project Manager is available via email, telephone, and the website Live Chat if they are needed for an update, and we will be keeping clients a lot more informed of any situation that is developing with their projects. We wish you well in your next transcription project and I hope we can be part of it.

Very friendly business. I contacted them asking for advice about how to get started in transcribing. Andrew took the time to get a feel for what I was looking for and where I wanted to be going career wise and explained things and gave me some really good advice and a path to follow. I have always been disappointed and actually driven nuts by transcript services UNTIL I found Divas. Now I would not use anyone else. The transcribing is done well and done intelligently. This is UNCOMMON in my experience and I have now used Divas through my place of work and recommended it to colleagues but have also used it for private projects as well.
