The studio has been great for my two boys ages 7 and 13. We have been going twice a week for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. Mrs. R who teaches most of the classes is outstanding! She moves with such grace as well as demands respect. She’s informative and also badass! Kayla at the front desk is the glue that keeps it all together. She’s so kind and accommodating, it’s always a pleasure to interact with her. My kids have both grown so much since being here, truly grateful for this place.

Our whole family joined The Studio Martial Arts & Fitness a few years ago, and it was truly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We originally went to sign up our son, hoping martial arts would help him focus his energy, but we quickly realized how much we all could benefit—and ended up enrolling the entire family. The result has been life-changing.
Beyond the excellent Tae Kwon Do instruction, The Studio offers so much more. The tenets of Tae Kwon Do—respect, integrity, discipline, perseverance, compassion, to name a few, have given our family a shared set of values and a common language as we raise our kids. The instructors are phenomenal—patient, encouraging, and skilled—and they truly care about each student’s growth both on and off the mat.
Our children have also attended their amazing summer camps, and we even hosted our 10-year-old’s birthday party at The Studio, which was a fantastic experience. Whether it’s training, special events, or simply being part of the community, The Studio has become like a second family to us.
If you’re considering martial arts for yourself or your children, I can’t recommend The Studio enough. It’s a place where you’ll not only build physical strength and confidence but also strong character and lifelong memories. We are so grateful to be part of this incredible community!

I have been doing cardio kickboxing with the Studio for 2 years and it has been life changing! Master P and all the staff are beyond amazing. They have helped me become stronger, improve my posture and be more confident. It’s a wonderful community, dedicated in building each other up while letting off some steam! The school is so well organized. Everyone is very friendly and nice. All four of my kids go here because they’re amazing. I drove all the way from Elk Grove to come to the school because they’re that good. My kids love coming here and are always looking forward to coming to class.

BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER! We love our routine weekly Ninja class which is a blast. My kids ask if its ninja day every day, but we decided to do my son's 8th birthday party here and it was phenomenal. All of the kids and parents had a blast. Honestly could not recommend enough. The hosts were great with the kids and there was not a second that we were not having fun. Thank you! For making my sons party a memorable one

We love The Studio and can’t speak highly enough of our experience and what it has done for us. My son wanted to learn some sort of martial art. We looked around and liked the feel of The Studio. After about six months of my son starting Taekwando I could already see improved confidence, discipline and drive. His change was so attractive to me that I decided to join as well. The journey and transformation that we’re taking is unbelievable. My son and I are growing together and our relationship continues to grow with every class and practice at home. The camaraderie between the instructors and the students is one of my favorite parts, it’s like we’re family when we’re there. Any time I need help or have questions, there is always an instructor or another student that will gladly take as much time as is needed. No matter how rough life or my day is, being at The Studio is truly the best and happiest part of my day. Both of my children enjoy the summer camps too.

Dropped by to enquire about class schedule and class offerings. The little old lady wearing the fancy martial arts costume asked a bunch of questions about what I wanted to do. What your sign says, "martial arts." She got pretty rude and kept trying to sell a bunch of nonsense I have no interest in. All I wanted was a schedule and a basic list of class offerings since their defective website is unable to display anything. No prices, no info - pretty sharkey. Always pushing for the upsell at so many of these grifty "martial arts" store fronts. Couldn't answer a couple basic questions. Not going to throw my money away on unprofessional pretenders wearing costumes.
