Absolute brilliant service from first call to collection. Very clear and honest communication and kept informed while I waited for my trailer to be built. When I arrived on collection day the place was a hive of activity and every staff member that walked past acknowledge me with a smile. Once I got served it was all fast smooth service and they hooked the trailer up and checked everything. Highly recommend these guys great service and value.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend them. Tristan was able to answer all questions and emails even though over the coarse of a week I called about 5 times he still looked after all my enquiries and was very attentive. When I attended the location to pick up my trailer I was met with Louise who also looked after me really well, he answered all questions and went over everything with me and ensured I had a full understanding of my new trailer. I highly recommend this place for the price and service as well as quality. I will be purchasing all my future trailers from them for my buisness

Although they are quick in responding, they don't really do CUSTOM orders. Seems like what they do is take what is prefabricated and just try and mix it together. I asked for a custom trailer made but apparently, they don't do it.
This can be frustrating for those looking for a unique and personalised trailer as what the company claim.
Bought a wonderful galvanised 7x4 foot trailer here last week. It works fantastically here on the farm! We were helped very well on the phone during our inquiries and purchase. Pick up at Thomastown was smooth and a real pleasure. Louis kitted it out to make it road ready in no time, provided the necessary instructions and got me on my way to Trentham in a pleasant, friendly and efficient way.
This company is great to work with - its products, staff and service are world class!
