I inquired about 2 5x10 utility trailers just trying to see if they were on site. John Myers got back to me within the day, they only had one of the two in stock on site and there was only 1 left. I reached out to him several times asking for more help or more information and he was quick and courteous. Ultimately we ended up choosing to purchase a trailer from a dealer closer to us, as they are 3 hours away from us. However, in the future if we ever need another trailer I will be giving The Trailer Superstore my business.

Worst parts guy in the business, he's very ignorant to you, and to lazy to do a little work at looking for parts. If they were the only place in 300 miles to get trailer parts, I would drive that 300+ miles to get them.

I bought a salt spreader hear about a year or two ago and long story short i was having issues with it and they said multiple times when I dropped it off their was nothing wrong with it even though their was. They said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They refused to dig to find the problem multiple times! They had nothing but excuses blaming this that and sun. They have no sympathy for a small business whatsoever. I will never come back here again!

*Please read to the end* This place is local to me. I thought it would be the best choice to get the needed upgrades to my trailer. I was wrong. Sad business practices. Unsatisfactory experience. I would NOT Recommend having any service performed at this business. I cannot comment about the sales side of the business, but the bad reviews are pretty telling. I will not return. *As you can see this was initially a 1 star review.* It was quite vague because I did not want to go into much detail of the several issues I experienced. After posting it, a reply from All pro trailer to contact them about it followed. I was a bit reluctant to contact them in reference to my visit but I ultimately did. I was put in contact with a gentleman named Eric who listened to my complaints and offered a solution. We agreed on some terms and he went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the matter. He stood to his word, made eye contact, and with a firm handshake dissolved my dissatisfaction. Thank you Eric. I don't know your position there at All Pro, if owner or employee, but you are definitely a valued asset.

Been looking for a quality 24’ car hauler for a few months and after doing some research I decided to go with a car-mate. None of the local car-mate dealers had what I wanted in stock so I started looking beyond the Boston area. Found the exact trailer I wanted at trailer superstore which is about 7 hours away. Rather than going to get the trailer, I had them deliver it. For a 14 hour round trip, plus fuel the delivery Charge was reasonable. Once I wired the money the trailer arrived at my place of business by noon the next business day. Trailer is flawless. Delivery driver was very polite. Everything about purchasing the trailer and having it delivered went flawlessly and really couldn’t beat the price even including the delivery.

Looking for 7x14 utility trailer. I called around most had them few knew exactly what they had or how much.Untill Devon. He knew he had 4 and described them Very knowledgeable. He would do a trade on my 5x8. But my son had ot loaded with wood. It was a long drive at over 100.miles.lllme and took me out to see the trailer. .perfect. did all the paperwork and even installed my power lift.. Very well run business. Everyone was friendly. I will be back for a 0⁰⁹enclosed trailer they are my new trailer people.thank you devon.
