I scheduled a service call with Tragar because my Riello oil burner was making weird sound. Bill R. was my service tech for this call. Bill quickly identified the problem after a brief Q & A. I wish all service guys were like him – very knowledgeable and a good listener. Bill took his time and didn’t rush. The repair was done promptly and he was very neat. After the repair was completed, he made sure the burner was not making the noise anymore. I’m going to request Bill going forward for my annual burner tune ups. Thank you Bill for being a professional and honest.

Odne was professional, polite and efficient. He was able to arrive earlier than expected, which was very appreciated. There were several issues that needed to be addressed with the boiler. He replaced a faulty pressure relief valve, replaced a pressure gauge, and replaced one other part that was dripping. He left the work area clean when finished, I would highly recommend him. Thank you Odne & Tragar!
