Carlos arrived on time...He was very personable and knowledgeable. We went over what needed to be done to fix the water leaking problem on my Bosch High Efficency Combi Boiler. He answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the experience. Carlos did a great job - I would definitely ask for him again if needed in the future.
