Carter did an amazing job! We had a few small issues during the install, but Carter made sure everything was fixed and did so in a timely manner. Even after we paid the final invoice and noticed something afterwards he still got it fixed quick.

Tyler at Trademark flooring is great to work with! He spent time making sure the projects he has facilitated turned out exactly the way I envisioned. I noticed his attention to detail and appreciate the time he dedicated to make sure everything what done correctly. The carpenters they employ are clean, precise, and are real craftsmen. Great service! We bought a new house and needed the flood done immediately. Trademark understood and made us a priority. We used them for carpet, hardwood and laminate. Their installers were professional and respectful. When our basement is completely finished we’ll definitely use Trademark again!

Tyler and his team are awesome. We have two different phases of our project and they were happy to accommodate coming out two different times based on the timing of our other projects They are very knowledgeable about many different kinds of Flooring. We used them for about 1700 ft.² of carpet Cesar, the head installer on the crew has been doing it for 20 years and is very nice. Overall very pleased with the entire process start to finish Will for sure recommend

I absolutely recommend Trademark. Tyler and his crew made the whole process of replacing our floors pretty freaking painless. We did two projects with Trademark- first they replaced some awful carpet in our living/dining room with lvp, then replaced the carpet in our bedrooms with newer (and wayyy better) carpet. Tyler came to my condo with samples and recommendations based on what we had talked about. It was great to be able to see the samples in my home instead of at a showroom. Also, I’ve previously done diy lvp and could tell the products he brought were much higher quality than what I’d used before. And the carpet is 👌🏻. Seriously, what we had before was so thin the tack strips stuck through and were the bane of my existence. This new carpet is plush, densely woven, and is stain resistant. One of my cats put it to the test on install day, unfortunately, and it cleaned very easily. The installers are really good guys, totally respectful of my home, communicated effectively, and went above and beyond expectations. Tyler kept consistent communication throughout the whole process, listened to my concerns, and accommodated my schedule. Eventually we’ll need to replace our kitchen and bathroom flooring, and I will definitely be calling Trademark again. Thank you!!

He was very communicative throughout the process, and the pricing was fantastic. Honestly, everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. We have contracted with Trademark Flooring twice. The first project was to replace all the random flooring in our house - living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, TV room, stairs and hallways - with gorgeous white oak. Their installers crafted custom steps and transition pieces creating a cohesive and gorgeous final product. The second project was to repair/replace flooring in our kitchen that was damaged due to a water leak. It is impossible to tell where the original floor stops and the repaired floor starts. The installers were professional, asked for our input, and completed both projects on time.

Tyler and his guys are so great. We had french doors that were leaking near where they had replaced our floors (no fault of Trademark) they came back to our place a few times to repair the area after we had our doors replaced. They helped us out even when they didn't have to. It is rare to find a company like that!

Trademark installed some LVP and carpet for us in the basement and stairs and the craftsmanship truly shows. It’s nice to see they care enough to scrape and level the concrete before putting the moisture barrier down. Other companies I’ve used in the past could care less about doing this. Their communication and quality of products is top notch with competitive pricing. They showed up as scheduled with friendly service. I’ll never shop elsewhere for my flooring needs.
