Helpful, friendly people. Good range of products. Certainly better quality timber than the green shed

We had the pleasure of dealing with Steve at Trade Builders. Not only was he extrenely knowledgeable about composite decking products. He was just so helpfull answering all the questions I had after my own research online. He even arranged for bigger sample pieces for us. Nothing was too much trouble following up on my phone calls & emails. He was so friendly & helpfull & is an assett to the Company. Finally I asked if he could recommend a good deck builder & he gave us some contact details for Zac at H2 Building & Construction. We could not be happier with the end result. The perfection & attention to detail really stood out & they were so easy to get along with.

I recently purchased composite decking from Trade Builders Supplies, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options, helping me choose the best materials to suit both my project needs and my budget. He was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring I was confident with my choices. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent service. The decking itself looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Steve and the team at Trade Builders Supplies for any future projects — highly recommended! - Thanks again Steve 👍

We worked with Trade Builders Supplies for our TimberTech composite deck and the result is outstanding. The quality of the boards is great and the finish looks premium. In 36 years building in Brisbane, Trade Builders Supplies are the best all round supplier I have ever come across. Their magic is their people. We all see reps promise the world at that initial meeting and then fade into oblivion. Not at TBS - Mark Metassa is the best building rep in Australia - he has the output of 10 men - he responds immediately, follows up and researches thoroughly before coming back with solutions. Problem on site - he's there before you know it. His support crew in the office are equally capable and proactive. Steve the delivery driver is next level. Nothing is a problem. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the usual lack lustred drivers who dump n run! I highly recommend TBS to other Brisbane builders!
