I'm extremely happy that I chose Trackpro GPS as a company to help protect my vehicle.
The customer service has been fantastic, any questions I've had have been answered super quick.
I have the hard wired version and the installation was a breeze, the unit is quite small which is great for a conspicuous installation.
Also set up was really easy, the App and website interface is excellent.
i was quite shocked because I struggle quite often with that sort of thing.
I'm super happy all round and I'll be recommending them to my mates, family and members of my car club.

The team at TrackProGPS have supplied a fantastic, easy to install bit of kit with included capabilities as much as remote disable and driver duress.
The back end software was easy to configure and provides excellent we plenty visibility over fleet movement and driver behaviours within a single view.
The one support query I had was dealt with quickly and professionally...5/5 from me, would recommend!

Looks good so far so I’ll give it a 5 star for now as it’s doing all the things it should. But it’s Early days yet so will know more when I go out west next year when I lose connection and regain connection so this will tell if it downloads my gps points and I’ll see where the vehicle has been.
What I’d like to see is a bigger screen than the one your left with on my iPad but as I’ve been told they have yet to develop an iPad app so at least I know.

Had a small problem setting up account, sent message to customer support, their technician rang me within five minutes, even though it was late Friday arvo, then we set up a Whatsapp video call and used screen share to guide me through the process, but he then stayed on the call as I went to my car, plugged in the device, then stayed online while I drove my car for a couple of kms so it could link with GPS, which it did after just 1 km and its been spot on all day Saturday. Very accurate, easy to set up geo fences, compared to my existing tracker that only rings once every ten minutes, this one is instant, all the time.
Only wish I had found these earlier and would have to give the technician 10/10 for his customer service, obviously after hours for him, but gave me all the time it took to get me sorted. 100% satisfied.
