Rick is a very highly experienced person in this field and has excellent customer skills. Imagine he was very ill the day before and he still kept the appointment to work outside on my car as he understood my time restrictions I was given by my insurance. When was with me he even took time to discuss my issues with my car and offered me advice on what to do without even been his job. If I had one thing negative to say is that he’s delicate English stomach doesn’t allow him to have a coffee with me when offered. Honestly guys trust him and he will complete the job with the utmost respect and care for you and your car.

Excellent communication and service, I couldn't ask for more. Rich was quick to answer any questions and talked me through all the options available, including pros and cons. Tracker and immobiliser were fitted at my convenience with no issues. While the prices were competitive, I would have happily paid extra for the hassle-free fitting.

Rik came round to fit my Ghost Alarm and a dash cam on my ranger.. He had not fitted the dash cam that I had supplied before which is a GKU D1000 but no problem in doing so.Amazing piece of kit at a great price And hard Wired it to the vehicle. He turned up on time cracked on with the job, explained how everything worked to me several times so I Didn’t forget.very neat and tidy fitting ..Great job and great price .love the ghost for peace of mind now . Can’t fault Rik’s service, got referred to him by a friend as I didn’t trust the other people who install these in car parks around the area. I messaged Rik and 2 days later this was fitted, great value for money and this was installed at my work place whilst I was working away. Will definitely be using his services again on my next cars and will be telling my friends and family about this service
