I made a reservation for February 14th at 10:30 PM for six people and paid $150 in advance. I called the restaurant to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late, but no one answered.
When we arrived around 10:50 PM, our table was not ready. On top of that, the manager didn’t even know we had a reservation or that I had already paid. The manager only realized it was real after asking to see my confirmation email, which was honestly frustrating.
Even though we arrived around 10:50pm, our waitress didn’t come to take our order until around 12am. I understand it was Valentine’s Day and very busy, but no one checked on us, explained the delay, or showed any concern while we were waiting.
The only people who treated us well were two of the hookah workers, especially one guy who kept checking on us and even offered to help with drinks, even though it wasn’t his job. He was very kind and professional, and he honestly made us feel a little better about the situation.
Another issue happened when we tried to cancel a drink order. The drinks were taking long which was the reason why my father wanted to cancel, but the waitress and manager refused to cancel them even though I’m guessing it was fair to cancel after being treated badly.
The manager also seemed unsure about how much I paid for the reservation and how the refund would be given which is concerning because she’s the manager and should know what decision to take.
Overall, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the service and organization were really bad for me and my family
This isn’t meant to encourage others not to go. This is just my honest experience and hope the owner of the business gets to see this. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I’m not usually someone who leave a negative review but after my experience last night at Bitcoin, I feel the need to share this.
From the moment we arrived, the restaurant felt completely disorganized. There was no one at the front to greet guests and there were many parties with reservations that were left waiting for hours to be seated. When we were finally brought to our table, more than an hour after our reservation time, it took another 20 minutes just to receive a menu. Not to mention that when we finally got our food, it came out cold and had to be sent back.
Our only positive part of the night was the bartender. While we were waiting for our table, my husband went to the bar to order drinks and the bartender was incredibly kind, professional, and apologetic. He acknowledged our frustration and did his best to accommodate us. He crafted an excellent cocktail that genuinely helped take the edge off the long wait. Despite being the only bartender working and clearly very busy, he still made an effort to check in on us and maintain a positive attitude. I wish I would have asked for his name because he was the only staff member who showed us true hospitality that evening.
I understand that Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants but the way everything was handled was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. What was most disappointing was the lack of management presence. I asked the staff multiple times to speak with a manager and was never able to. There was no communication, no accountability and no one available to address the situation or offer any reassurance.
My husband and I will unfortunately not be coming back to Bitcoin due to the circumstances of our very disappointing experience.
