Installation of a dry ridge in order to repair cracks in the cement below roof tiles.
When Tom first visited the house, he gave me three options for this repair and explained the pros and cons of each option. I appreciated his flexibility and the detail he went into. I also appreciated his availability on the phone when I called him later to ask questions that had occured to me. The repair was excellent and the process did not last long.
Garage roof
Tom replaced our garage roof. We found him to be very open and informative with his quotation. The weather delayed the work but he kept in contact throughout and attended with his crew as soon as the weather improved. They worked solidly all day and cleaned up all rubbish before leaving for the day. We are very happy with the work and have asked him back to do some further work on our property as a result. We would be happy to recommend him to friends and family

Really friendly men willing to go the extra mile to reassure us and make us feel at ease due to our age we was a little worried about what they was doing but they toke photos of every step as they went along and showed us when it was complete

I got to know the company through a recommendation from my son's friend's parents. Tom came to assess the job of a porch roof that has been causing mould inside, clearly giving options to choose from, something l found extremely helpful. I then chose to go for a new roof which the team completed to a very high standard. Tom and the other team mate then went above and beyond cleaning my windows and gutters, all for no extra charge. Downpipe replacement. Excellent work & completion.
Tom came to review the job, giving clear advice and options, and a very reasonable quote for the work involved. On arrival to complete the job, Tom was prompt and the work was done to a very high standard. Tom checked in with me throughout completion, sharing findings on the condition of the old down pipe, wall and fittings and clarifying approach throughout. All work was completed to a very high standard and all waste and offcuts were removed from site on conclusion of the job. Garage roof repair
I have used Tom before so had no hesitation to call him again today. Had a problem with the roof on my garage after the high strong winds last night, Tom came out quickly to repair for me (even though it’s still windy) and did an excellent job. As always everything cleaned and tided as he worked, even sorted the guttering with no extra charge. Can’t recommend him enough!!
Roofing work
Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly fixed the leak in the roof of our loft bedroom and carried out excellent roofing work. He also patched up our chimney, which is not in great condition, and gave us helpful advice about the longer-term repairs it will need, since the current fix is only temporary. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work.

Replacing original 1950s ridge with a new dry ridge system
This is now the 3rd time in 12 months i have had Tom and his team here for different projects on the roof and cladding. I had some concrete fall from the ridge. Tom arrived and surveyed the ridge and sent me videos of the state of it. He proposed replacing it with a dry ridge system, meaning with no concrete that eventually fails. Tom and his team completed the job whilst i was out at work and cleared everything up afterwards. The ridge has a 5 year guarantee and i know that if there are any problems Tom will sort it promptly.
New roof
I recently had a new roof installed by Tom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and clearly experienced in his work. Replacement of wooden gable end barge board

Moss removal from roof
Tom was extremely helpful and came out as soon as I needed a quote to help with the overgrown moss on my roof. He was straightforward and came up with a solution that would be in my budget and swift, and was out the next week to sort it. He documented the work and gave me advice on further ideas I have for my home, and I really appreciate how flexible he is with timing! Guttering repair, fitting and flat roof maintenance.
I spoke to Tom having received a flyer for T&P Roofing. Tom came to view the job on the same day we spoke. He made a thorough survey of the roof, guttering and lead work, providing photographs of the condition of the roof. Tom provided clear options of ways to proceed, with life expectancy of the various options and prices for the work. He answered all my questions fully. Owing to unexpected availability, the work commenced the same week. He kept me informed of any developments/issues as the job progressed with options of how to proceed. A first class job all round.
