3 years in and our gorgeous hob is still a talking piece in our home, standing the test of time and continuing to be aesthetically gorgeous! The extra counter space provided with not having a conventional hob is fab and I love that my children can safely cook alongside me. The pots and pans are also excellent - easily cleaned and dishwasher safe. The best part of all is never having to dismantle a hob and clean it piece by piece! I love how special and functional it is!

Less than one star to be honest. Hob doesnt work as advertised and customer service is non-existent if you question their product.
If you can't be bothered to read the full review, just scroll to the bottom and read the last three paragraphs. Their response to legitimate questions and the lack of accountability is all you need to know.
Here is the story.
Kitchen was purchased through separate UK company, with showrooms in Central London. They were excellent and could not recommend them enough. Premium kitchen and a great service.
When the hob arrived it had the logo ingrained on it in quite a garish way. We complained about it. We were told that the logo needs to be ingrained where you cook or eat due to "CE law in Europe". Obviously this is false.
We then said we would fill the logo in. We were then told it would "invalidate the warranty" as there would be no way to tie the product to the manufacturer. Again this is false.
Eventually TPB Tech admitted it wanted it there for marketing. Errr, yeah we get it. Not sure why we had to go through that.
Then we asked for warranty terms. Silence. After asking four times, we were sent the warranty terms, which obviously has generic language about modification which has been ruled unlawful in most case law. Sigh.
After this, the pans do not work with "any induction compatible pan" as advertised on the website and on the products (magnets) they sell.
They also take weeks and weeks to send out parts you order. We have yet to receive them more than a month earlier.
We will address it with lawyers in the New Year.
But just to give you a flavour of what you have to deal with.
When we asked where are the magnets we ordered, who do we order spare parts from and who will compensate us for buying pans that do not work, they replied with this, which was signed by the "Executive Management".
"We believe that (your kitchen supplier) should immediately remove the installed product, which is apparently causing you so much time and trouble, and install another product."
Ask yourself. Is this the sort of after care you are looking for for an incredibly expensive hob?

To provide some clarity for readers, the appliance was not purchased directly from us but through your kitchen retailer, who was responsible for the full sales process, expectation setting, and after-care. As the UK's exclusive distributor, our role was limited to supplying the product to the retailer, carrying out the installation, and providing technical support to them where requested.
As you purchased our appliance through the kitchen retailer, we were not responsible nor had any direct access to communicate with you to manage any expectations, pre-sale advice and after sales process. If you had purchased the product directly from us, we would have clearly set expectations and could have avoided this from an early stage.
Even so, we have always made ourselves available to assist the kitchen retailer when needed. However, no additional technical support or clarification was requested during the design or sales stage. Regarding the logo, this is standard for a certified appliance. We have never marketed or supplied this product without the logo, and all marketing materials and showroom displays, including those at the kitchen retailer's clearly show it. If this had been a concern, it should have been discussed during the sales and design stage and formally raised with us, at which point we would have confirmed that removal was not possible and advised on alternatives.
With regard to the after-sales questions, communication was handled between the head office in Barcelona and the kitchen retailer. We have never refused assistance or closed communication and responded when last contacted by the kitchen retailer, though we cannot comment on how that information was relayed onwards to you. As the kitchen retailer purchased the appliance from us and resold it to you, we were not involved in what was explained during the pre-sale or after-sale process. For those aspects, we would recommend directly discussing them with your retailer.
We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. While we do not believe this review fully reflects our role or responsibilities in this project, we remain committed to maintaining high standards across all our projects.

As an interior designer, I have now specified TPB Tech invisible induction hobs and integrated cooking systems across multiple projects, both commercial and residential, and I continue to be impressed with the results.
These systems were particularly invaluable for a high-end client’s back-of-house kitchen within their showroom, where space was extremely limited. The seamless integration of the cooking surface into the worktop allowed us to maximise functionality without compromising on aesthetics or workflow.
They have also been fantastic in residential settings. I especially love using the system on kitchen islands, as it creates a truly central space to cook, entertain, and enjoy – turning the island into a natural social and functional hub of the home.
The process of working with the TPB team has been excellent from start to finish. From design coordination through to installation, the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

Be careful! It is scam company which provides poor quality products, I would say a very bad copy of Invisa cook. We ordered that worktop and original cookware, but the worktop got broken after 2 months. Before buying they said that warranty is for two years, but once we contacted, that we noticed cracks on worktop, they declined any replacement and asked more money. The manner of communication is very rude since purchase, as well, we see so many bad reviews in internet, they treat all clients in same manner. Now we are preparing documents for the court, hiring an expert. If there are more people who had dame problem, feel free to contact us and join for the court process.

Great place. It's a great work top for most cooking needs. Easy to clean and child safe. Been experimenting with basic Indian cooking for a while to see how we can use it like we did with gas.
Love my new worktop from TPB. The finish is fantastic and it is great to cook on. For those not sure about how responsive it will be as it’s induction through the worktop, it’s still very responsive and plenty of adjustment. Plenty of power too when needed, can get a large pan of water boiling in no time.
The benefits are great, I still love that I can use the whole island for other stuff through day, or whilst cooking I can just have stuff everywhere between pans etc. Had a large Christmas dinner party and made the perfect socialising space whilst we were cooking which just wouldn’t work with a normal hob.
It’s very easy to clean, which is handy if you go white etc.
Finally the TPB staff are very helpful through the process and making sure you get the right item for you.

We are in love with our worktop.
Michael helped us throughout. We are in South Wales so largely done at a distance (though a visit to the showroom in Richmond was well worth the trip).
The worktop looks great. Michael liased with our kitchen company and provided ell we needed for electrician etc.
The fitting was done by a local company and was very smooth. It looks fantastic. The hob is so easy to use and works great. The extra worktop space you get by not losing any to a hob is a real joy (have had what feel like at home cookery classes with kids all making croissants on the worktop,).
If you are thinking about getting one of these worktops I'd strongly recommend. It adds a real wow factor to any kitchen

Extremely disappointed. Had the product for under 2 months before a large crack appeared which now runs the length of the counter top. Responses from the company included many cut and paste emails that stated it must be due to ‘improper use’ despite us following the guidelines rigidly and only using the pots they provided.
We are now processing a county court claim to try and get the money back as they have refused to offer a replacement or refund.
Don’t waste your money-however convincing the sales pitch might be.
We are sorry that the product did not meet your expectations, this has been a rare occurrence since it launched over 10 years ago and over thousands have been sold worldwide. We are also disappointed to read your review despite being in constant contact to try and assist you. Whilst the product is extremely durable, considered the strongest on the induction market and widely used in the commercial sector, it isn’t totally indestructible which is why clients are provided with a clear set of guidelines on how to care for the product to avoid issues. We are the UK distributors and not the manufacturers, we cannot replace products that are misused or not installed correctly. We have done our best to assist you and provide alternative solutions despite no findings of any manufacturing faults and have always maintained an open channel. Amazing team, amazing Tech. Long have I suffered from gas hobs, hard to clean but never liked the look of induction hobs. TPB have transformed my kitchen, love the hobs, so easy to be a messy cook and clean up within minutes.
Kids have used paint, ty die and all sorts of pens/pencils and markers, nothing has stained, all easily cleaned which is very impressive. We looked at wooden, stone worktops, if we had gone for one it would have been ruined in a few days!
