Had a wonderful experience with Alison. She was so helpful and nothing was ever too much. She happily went through each dress and ensured I felt as happy and confident as possible. You can tell how passionate she is about helping brides find their perfect dress. The shop itself is very stylish and the new branding looks great! We loved our experience here and I would highly recommend her.

I was really worried about booking a bridal appt as I was conscious of my low budget until I found Townhouse Bridal. Alison made me and my mum feel so welcome and was so friendly. She listened to what I wanted and then picked out a few more dresses based on how i reacted to the dresses we originally picked out. There was no pressure to buy but I ended up saying yes to a dress which I cannot wait to wear! Thank you Alison for making my experience so enjoyable!

I was very lucky that I found Townhouse Bridal completely by chance whilst frantically googling local wedding dress shops. It was very easy to book and the shop is a lovely place tucked in a business park. This comes with the bonus of free parking near the shop! Alison was very friendly and supportive and made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. We had the whole place to ourselves and Alison's full attention. She explained the process very clearly at the start so there were no confusions from the get go. She gently nudged me out of my comfort zone and made me try a range of dresses just to make sure I picked the dress I really wanted. There were a nice range of designer dresses at very reasonable prices. At no point were we felt that we were under pressure to buy. She also gave me a list of recommended local seamstresses which was handy... I was delighted I went there because I said YES to the Dress on my first appointment. Wonderful experience, book yourself in! Alison has nailed the balance between offering a bespoke and personal shopping experience experience with designer gowns, for a wallet friendly budget at Townhouse Bridal. From the get-go, Alison was warm and attentive to the whole party and really got to know what I was looking for from a dress. Me and my family were made to feel so special, which I really valued. The space itself was welcoming and there were so many dresses to choose from. Alison was also totally transparent on cost, no dress will be over £999. We were given the run of the place to pick dresses out, whilst Alison also had several options in mind, based on what I'd said I was looking for. I ended up leaving the appointment with the dream dress. We had such a laugh as a group and i also tried on many different options. I'd seen similar dresses in other shops at a much higher price, the only difference here is that it's off the peg. Personally, with the sheer variety and number of dresses that are here, you are bound to fall in love with at least one, if not more.

I just had my first visit trying wedding dresses on at townhouse bridal, and the first dress I tried on, was the one I brought ! I still had the chance to try on all different types of dresses to see what I may like different. They were all so beautiful and amazing! Alison made me feel so comfortable and wasn't just trying to make me buy a dress, she wants us to love the dresses we try! Alison is amazing, she made me feel comfortable and helped me find the dress…when I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for! She has a wonderful selection of dresses and accessories to go with them. I really can’t recommend her and her shop enough, arrange to see her - I’m so pleased I did.

Would highly recommend Townhouse Bridal. Alison is wonderful and very accommodating as one of my guests had special requirements which I had explained on my booking form. This was my first bridal shop and she explained everything to me and was very helpful in her advice. The space is gorgeous with plenty of room and plenty of dresses to choose from. My guests had a little sofa to sit on while I got dressed. Alison has thought of all 'the little things' and had a little set of drawers in the changing room for hairbands, clips and such to help during your appointment. Very happy to recommend Townhouse Bridal.

I had a very good experience here! Would really recommend. Alison was very friendly and really listened to my vague opinions and took them onboard to make suggestions on which dress to try on. It was a lovely atmosphere in the small boutique and I felt very comfortable. I was able to find a dress and veil that I loved. Thank you for all your help.

Alison made me feel so comfortable and confident. She has a wonderful selection of dresses to try on. I picked out 5 gorgeous dresses. However, Alison picked one for me to try on which ended up being the dress I bought! I could not be more grateful and I will be raising a drink to Alison on our big day. Alison at Townhouse Bridal is excellent! She was friendly and professional, explaining everything clearly and taking the time to understand me and my style. As she runs appointment-only visits, we had the place to ourselves and felt very relaxed and not rushed. She has a huge collection of STUNNING dresses - and did not pressure me into a sale. I would 100% recommend Townhouse Bridal to anyone!
