Absolutely brilliant service ..only phoned up late yesterday and as promised andy turned up on the time promised. Went into our loft and bingo found the wasp nest..sorted it all out.. came back down gave us safety advice about not going up in to the loft today...would recommend this company to others..fast efficient and more than reasonable cost..thank you andy.x

Unprofessional and ineffective service I found this service to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Despite multiple visits and substantial costs (£135 for 3 visits), they failed to resolve a simple rat problem. The owner was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to consider customer input, which made the experience even more frustrating. I eventually solved the issue myself with a £10 rat trap. They also provided misinformation to neighbours and never followed up after completing the visits. This was a costly mistake, and I cannot recommend them. Please see photo of the rat caught by myself on a £10 rat trap from Amazon that terminated on top of the roofline .

I tried to contact management, realised it’s only one man that’s carries out the job and is the management. Told him to give me refund for not carrying out the service, which he refused. I wanted to explain that his behaviour is very inappropriate during the visit, he didn’t not let me explain, instead tried gaslighting that I am bieng rude. On top of that he was very arrogant and racist. Very unprofessional, and I would not recommend to anyone. Please save your money and consider your safety. We did not feel safe with this man, especially he looked intoxicated during the visit.

I personally had a very poor experience with this company. The person who visited stayed 5 minutes and was uninterested in investigating the issue. 2 weeks later I received an abusive and aggressive phone call from another man who swore at me multiple times. He said he wouldn’t be charging us because the person who visited was old and often gets things wrong and they are letting him go but then he sent an invoice anyway. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be:carried out with reasonable care and skill. I don’t feel like this was the case. I used an alternative more reputable company to solve the issue.

Rang about wasps nest in roof, rang at lunchtime, Thursday, came same afternoon, very pleasant guy called Andy. Saw the problem straight away and treated. Had to call back the following Tuesday as a few were still around, came back again same day and retreated. Now wasp free. Unbeatable service, polite and friendly would definitely recommend.

Was not happy with this service, my mum had to call them out several times to wasps in her porch roof, very abrupt tone on the phone and was even accused of lieing when they were supposed to come out and didnt turn up saying they had been when they hadnt, so all in all poor service
