I had an MRI on my neck and spine at this office.
I was so nervous before I went in that my hands were shaking. I am claustrophobic and I don't like loud noises . Not the best candidate for an MRI . First, the front office staff is friendly, competent and welcoming. My overall wait time was less than 5 minutes.
Next, was Karen, the nurse who checked me in. She was friendly, calming and escorted me to the treatment area.
The technician in charge of my scan put me at such ease. She made me really comfortable, put bolsters under my elbows, gave me a blanket, earplugs and coverings on my ears.
She then recommended a washcloth over my eyes, which was really helpful because when you're in there you don't know what to "do" with your eyes, and certainly looking at the limits of the chamber while in there is not helpful.
In addition, they'll play whatever music you like. I chose Disco because I know that in the '70s each song is approximately 3 minutes long so for the 15-minute procedure it gave me a way to measure how long I had (4.5 songs, actually).
In the meantime, she communicated with me intermittently throughout to make sure that I was okay and apprise me of the time remaining.
I had such an amazing experience at this facility that it literally removed my fears of MRI's. I recommend them unconditionally 100%.
Everytime i go there's a long wait. They tell me I need to arrive 30 mins before my appointment but I won't even be seen 30 minutes after my appointment. So just wasting an hour just sitting in the reception area.

Very easy to get an appt and very polite. I’m claustrophobic so it was extra nice they have a wider machine that’s easier to deal with. They also talked me thru it which I wasn’t expecting. I really appreciate the staff at this facility.
