I had an exceptional experience today at Tower imaging Valencia. Sommer was the technician for my brain MRI w/wo contrast. Sommer was kind, professional and compassionate. She understood my concerns and my claustrophobia and made me feel relaxed and heard. She went over and above to make me feel relaxed. I really cannot thank her and Tower enough. 10/10 experience!
10/10 recommend! Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I knew exactly what I needed to do to prepare for and bring to my appointment. Check- in was quick and simple. Staff were friendly and professional. I had an excellent tech who made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Very clean environment. The most impressive thing to me was how quickly my results were sent to my doctor. Thank you!!!

The front desk is always so nice, happy and full of energy. The longest I've ever waited there was 15 minutes I can't believe it!. Weather they XR, MRI or Ultrasound, the radiologists are so polite and have good personalities. I can't say enough about Tower, I'm always a walk - in because of my schedule and get treated like a VIP, thank you Tower Imaging🤓👍
What a truly wonderful group of professionals; kind, caring, compassionate, patient, and full of personality. We recently moved to the Santa Clarita area and were worried with the care we would receive from new and unfamiliar medical practices. We were pleasantly surprised and humbled to find that our experiences and interactions we had with those who work at Tower Imaging Valencia was nothing short of exceptional. Bravo! Indeed bravo!

I’ve been going here for years. Not by choice but because it’s the preferred provider with my insurance. The front desk people are so rude. I hate having to go here because I feel like they all hate their jobs. They’re so unfriendly. Customer service is like nonexistent.
I went in today to schedule the appointment as their system is circular. I called the phone, when I clicked the option to schedule it said to go on their website. When I went on the website, I filled out the request and was given this message that the desk would call. Then I played phone tag with the office. I decided it would be expedient to go in to schedule it in person.
I got there. I explained why I was there. The lady looked at me like I had two heads. Then said, “what’s your problem” with so much attitude. She then said they didn’t have the order which the doctor confirmed was sent over. It turned out they did have the order but she didn’t have access to the system. But we argued over this before she very begrudgingly pulled up the order.
Like nothing is ever easy or polite with this office.
