We highly recommend Ewan's wine tasting experience for anyone who has a wine interest. Learning more about the French wine culture as well as the techniques of production and many facets of distinguishing the variances of different wines from a true expert was wonderful!Highly recommend!!
Ewan is a wonderful host and a great story-teller! His knowledge of wine is very impressive, as well as his ability to make this wine tasting experience a truly special event either for a novice or a connaisseur. We’ve tasted 6 organic wines (sparkling, champagne, white, rose and red), having learnt loads about organic and, in general, wine-making in France. The choice of wines was very well-thought through and my taste buds got some special treats!

Favourite part of the holiday - a MUST do in Nice
Myself and my friends attended wine tasting with Ally a few weeks back to celebrate our combined 30ths and a Hen do. Ally was incredible - her knowledge and passion for good wine was infectious. This wonderful experience was topped-off with her own personal recommendations of places to go in Nice. A really nice touch. Can't wait to bring more friends back on the next visit.

Really good thing to do whilst visiting Nice
My friend and I went to Ally’s wine tasting whilst on holiday in Nice a few weeks ago. It was really informative, fun and we learnt a lot. Most importantly we tasted some really interesting and delicious wines and champagne. It was lovely to learn about not just the wine making process but also the history of the region. It was an intimate setting and with the number of glasses and delicious bread made it good value for money.

Fantastic experience!
Our group booked a wine tasting for an evening session. With only a few days to spend in Nice, we didn't have the time (or money) to do an expensive all-day vineyard tour, and this was the perfect alternative -- affordable and easy to walk to. The evening far exceeded our expectations! Ally was our tour guide, and she was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about French wines and beyond. The intimate setting allowed for us to ask any questions that popped into our heads, so it was more of a group discussion than a lecture. We learned so much! The wines we got to try were so delicious, and there was plenty to go around! You will not leave thirsty! We all ended up buying bottles to take back home, and I only wish I had brought an extra suitcase so I could have gotten more!

If you are looking for a wine tasting experience that won't break the bank or consume your entire day, look no further! This was the perfect balance of education and fun. Ally is incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. She went above and beyond her sommelier duties, providing us with local recommendations for the rest of our trip. We are so glad this was one of the first things we did after arriving in Nice. Definitely add it to your itinerary!
