My husband and I decided to do this and we really enjoyed it. We’re visiting Spain from Cordova, Alaska and felt we had to visit Córdoba, Spain. We didn’t actually know about how many olives grow in this area. Turns out there’s a lot! We’re, also, huge lovers of olive oil, so we felt we had to do this. The couple that offer the tasting are very lovely and knowledgeable. The lady grew up on an olive grove and her partner is a cook. It’s been several days since our tasting and I find myself referring to things that I learned. The olive oil is delicious, of course. I recommend doing this if you’re in the area.
