Nicholas and his assistant was amazing. The night felt magical. It was our honeymoon and we felt so welcomed. We were able to socialize with people that was awesome. My daughter got to be Nicholas sous chef. He made her feel so welcome even though she was the youngest one there. And the views was incredible. Even with the rain, just incredible.

I wish I could give Chef Rio more than just 5 stars because he deserves so many more! We had such an amazing experience at this cooking class! The view of the Duomo was absolutely incredible and made the setting feel so special. We also loved the smaller class size. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and gave everyone a chance to really interact. Chef Rio was an amazing teacher and chef! We loved his energy, personality, and the way he made the entire experience so fun and memorable. He truly made the class something we’ll remember from our time in Florence. To top it all off, we had such a great group of people in our class. Everyone was so easy to get along with, and we were laughing and having fun the entire time. We all hope Chef Rio had as memorable of a time with us as we did with him! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and an experience we would highly recommend!

The view is beautiful, but that's about the only good thing. The class started at 7pm, and we didn't eat until 10:20pm. It shouldn't take over three hours to make bruschetta, pasta, and tiramisu. The class was understaffed, poorly organised, and we spent more time waiting around than actually cooking. For $250 AUD per person, you'd expect basic equipment like a pasta machine, but they didn't even have one. To top it off, the food wasn't even good.

I was trapped in their elevator for a long time in 40°C heat, and they refused to let me call the elevator emergency service, the fire department, or the police. It was the worst experience of my life. When I arrived at the apartment, they made me use a tiny 1-meter freight elevator, which got stuck. I was left trapped inside with no air, in complete darkness, and with absolutely no assistance. They never called for professional help. They simply said that “too much electricity had been used,” which makes me believe this business may not be operating legally. When I finally got out, they didn’t even offer me a glass of water or apologize. I was close to fainting after being trapped in those conditions, despite the fact that I had clearly told them I suffer from claustrophobia.

Skip it- only good part is the view Arrived at 7pm and no food, even nibbles are served until 9:30pm. There was room temp prosecco and white wine that they have ice for, in addition to water, tea and red wine! The class part was ok- but the chef was texting on her phone every spare minute she had. Food was not very good! The room is freezing! Not cozy Italian at all! We had to see ourselves out, down many flights of stairs in the dark! Do yourself a favor and go to a cozy trattoria and enjoy a decent dinner! The only good part is the view- which is spectacular!

Me and my girlfriend came here when we lived in florence back in September. We had so much fun, the vibes were amazing. Our host Etta was amazing, everyone was friendly and the overall experience was a good time. 10/10 recommend.

This was easily one of the best experiences we had during our time in Italy. We booked it for Christmas Eve as our Christmas present to each other, and for once, we absolutely nailed the gift. Giulietta greeted us and let us know we were the only ones booked in for the day. We were initially looking forward to meeting a few others, but having a private cooking class and dinner ended up being pretty special. We learnt how to make bruschetta for entrée, then two different pasta sauces for dinner, including our own handmade fettuccine. The tiramisu for dessert was a standout as well. Giulietta gave us great options with the sauces and guided us through the whole experience in a relaxed, easy way. We also received a great history lesson along the way and how certain foods play a role in Italian culture. The panoramic views from the room and rooftop across Florence at sunset were unreal. We had dinner on the rooftop and probably drank a bit more wine than planned, but it only added to the night. The only thing that would have made it even better was visiting a local market to shop for the ingredients, which is usually part of the experience. Unfortunately, being Christmas Eve, this wasn’t possible. That said, it was no fault of the company at all. Thanks Giulietta for a genuine five-star experience. This is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Florence.

I cannot express how much we loved 360 Florence. It was the highlight of our Florence trip and they made every single detail seamless and meaningful. HIGHLY recommend and would 100% do this again! You're in a group of about 10-15 and there is NO BETTER view downtown Florence! Truly!

An easy YES!! This was the best yes I had on my two full days in Florence. I was traveling solo so I thought why not go and meet some people and have an experience in a room above Florence. Chef Elisa and Chef Zoey were great. Elisa was really good at giving directions and could read the room and responded to questions in a fun way. The people made the experience fun as well. There were friends and families and me. I would highly recommend this experience. It ended up raining during our time so we had to eat inside but it was still a great experience.
