Skip it- only good part is the view
Arrived at 7pm and no food, even nibbles are served until 9:30pm. There was room temp prosecco and white wine that they have ice for, in addition to water, tea and red wine! The class part was ok- but the chef was texting on her phone every spare minute she had. Food was not very good! The room is freezing! Not cozy Italian at all! We had to see ourselves out, down many flights of stairs in the dark! Do yourself a favor and go to a cozy trattoria and enjoy a decent dinner! The only good part is the view- which is spectacular!
Me and my girlfriend came here when we lived in florence back in September. We had so much fun, the vibes were amazing. Our host Etta was amazing, everyone was friendly and the overall experience was a good time. 10/10 recommend.
This was easily one of the best experiences we had during our time in Italy. We booked it for Christmas Eve as our Christmas present to each other, and for once, we absolutely nailed the gift.
Giulietta greeted us and let us know we were the only ones booked in for the day. We were initially looking forward to meeting a few others, but having a private cooking class and dinner ended up being pretty special.
We learnt how to make bruschetta for entrée, then two different pasta sauces for dinner, including our own handmade fettuccine. The tiramisu for dessert was a standout as well.
Giulietta gave us great options with the sauces and guided us through the whole experience in a relaxed, easy way. We also received a great history lesson along the way and how certain foods play a role in Italian culture.
The panoramic views from the room and rooftop across Florence at sunset were unreal. We had dinner on the rooftop and probably drank a bit more wine than planned, but it only added to the night.
The only thing that would have made it even better was visiting a local market to shop for the ingredients, which is usually part of the experience. Unfortunately, being Christmas Eve, this wasn’t possible. That said, it was no fault of the company at all.
Thanks Giulietta for a genuine five-star experience. This is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Florence.
I cannot express how much we loved 360 Florence. It was the highlight of our Florence trip and they made every single detail seamless and meaningful. HIGHLY recommend and would 100% do this again! You're in a group of about 10-15 and there is NO BETTER view downtown Florence! Truly!
The pasta making class was amazing, I had such a great time. I also took the evening yoga class and it was so good. The views were breathtaking. I highly recommend doing one of these—or both—experiences here; it’s the best.

Great cooking class with Giulietta! The space was amazing! The view of the city was superb. We had a great time, learned something new, and met some great people.
Do this while in Florence if you can!
We had a blast! Our chef was amazing and we all acquired some new skills - and had lots of laughs! The views of Florence were obviously incredible. The food that we made was DELICIOUS, and plenty of great wine to go with. Highly recommend!
An easy YES!!
This was the best yes I had on my two full days in Florence. I was traveling solo so I thought why not go and meet some people and have an experience in a room above Florence. Chef Elisa and Chef Zoey were great. Elisa was really good at giving directions and could read the room and responded to questions in a fun way. The people made the experience fun as well. There were friends and families and me. I would highly recommend this experience. It ended up raining during our time so we had to eat inside but it was still a great experience.
Phenomenal experience! We had the best time and 10/10 would recommend doing the cooking class with Rio. The view was amazing, it was a very hands on experience and in a small group setting.

Rio was an amazing chef!! I went with my husband and best friend. We had so much fun. My favorite part was that we were learning how to cook in a very traditional way! It was well worth the money and I loved every minute of it!
This pasta class is must do while in Florence!!! We had soo much fun and learned a lot. The view was great, The group was fun, the food was amazing!!! We did this on our honeymoon trip and was one of the highlights!!
My husband and I did the pasta making class during our honeymoon and we had such a great time! The views were incredible and our chef Elise was awesome! They provided everything we needed as well as plenty of drink options to enjoy in between preparing the different kinds of food.

Amazing cooking class with spectacular views of Florence! Simon was our chef and he made our experience fun and informative. One of the best meals we have had in Florence. Met new friends and had the best time. Highly recommended! 10/10 experience.
Surprised my daughter for the pasta cooking class. We had an amazing time and met wonderful people as well. Zoe and Simon (the chef) were super sweet and friendly. As I am gluten free intolerant, when making the Terimsu or Pasta he fully catered to my needs. Thank u so much for the amazing class and meeting u guys
Refused to Cancel and Refund
I had to cancel my booked experience, which their policy says you can do up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund. I tried canceling more than two months in advance, but they refused to help me cancel and refund me. I called first, and the person responded saying they were busy at the moment, but would cancel as soon as the class they were teaching was over. A week later nothing had happened, so I emailed them at the provided email address. After a week of waiting, I got no response through email. I tried calling again, this time the person said I would be able to cancel if I texted them through WhatsApp. After texting through WhatsApp, someone replied saying they are unable to cancel on their end but that I am able to cancel online and that they would approve my cancelation request. I checked online and it said my booking was unable to be canceled online and that I should email or call. I replied back on WhatsApp showing a screenshot where it said I was unable to cancel, but they never replied back. Fortunately, because I payed through PayPal, I was able to dispute the charge and PayPal was able to successfully close the case in my favor and return a full refund to me. Just a warning for anyone who may have to cancel an experience with this business in the future.
