Daniel saved the day? Our original driver was stuck in traffic. He called in for Daniel. Daniel was an absolute angel. We got to the train station and our train had been canceled. Due to the recent flooding. We had no idea how to navigate the train station or bus transfer and Daniel took us all the way through the process. Made sure we got tickets on the bus before he left us. I am so thankful it could have been a disaster of a day, but the level of service that this company provides and how caring their drivers are saved our day to Porto.

Bruno on the road - Lisbon and Sintra Bruno made Lisbon all day tourbandvs day in Sintra very delightful and memorable. I booked it for a couple and Bruno was very kind and humble and a great combination of knowledge and efficiency. He made sure three of the best Sintra palaces we picked were skillfully explored and enough time to take pictures while enjoying. Above and Beyond Service Bruno provided us great transportation from Lisbon to Fatima. My wife left her glasses in the car and the next day, Bruno agreed to return with the glasses AND transport us to Porto! Transfer from Lisbon to Porto Covo. We had made a mistake in indicating the date of booking a transfer for 15 people from Lisbon to Porto Covo from where we would start the Fishermen’s Trail. Bruno and Paolo made sure to correct the mistake and allowed us to start our trek, also taking us a little further south of Porto Covo. Without them all reservations for restaurants and hotels would have been blown. Thank you again!

From the moment I got in the car, he made sure I was comfortable and even offered me the chance to pick a song from an extra phone he had, so I could enjoy my ride with my own choice of music. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the journey even more enjoyable.On top of that, he went the extra mile by offering to stop at a drive-through so I could grab something to eat on the way. Would always choose Bruno in Portugal. Highly recommend this service. We went from Lisbon to Albufeira, and from there to Marbella. Excelent trip both times. Bruno is super nice and helped us with everything. Always on time and the vehicle was perfect, clean and comfortable. We traveled with kids and he brought their chairs for safety. Super recomendable. golf society of 12 people We were a group of 12 golfers playing 3 different courses in the lisbon area and were finding it hard to find atransfer company to respond to our requests for airport and golf transfers.I finnally came opon Travel auto Lisboa and there response was immiediate thro whats app.The corrospondence with bruno (i apologise for calling you carlos on meeting at the airport) was fantastic and i allways felt secure that with the pre service attention to detail would insure our trip would go seemlessy and this was the case. if any golf societys are thinking of lisbon or the surrounding areas i would highly recomend Travel auto Lisboa you will not find a better service and such great value for money.
