We loved this dive center! My partner did his advanced open water here and I did some fun dives in the meanwhile. We did the dives with Ivo and he was an amazing instructor! The explanations were really clear and we feel like we learnt a lot.

Very professional dive center, yet not too big. I went on a dive in late December off-season with Bernardo as guide and Rodriguez as skipper. Both were cool, calm and highly skilled. I really can recommend this dive center.

Foram muito profissionais, sempre muito atenciosos e prestáveis, o material está em excelente estado e o centro de mergulho está muito bem equipado e mantido.
Os instrutores foram bons mas queria dar um grandessíssimo obrigado ao Rodrigo, pessoas como ele fazem tornar a experiência inesquecível, sempre muito prestável, atencioso e preocupado e isso para quem tem duvidas sobre si e as suas capacidades, isso é muito importante.

Fiz meu batismo de mergulho com o Azores Sub Dive Center e foi simplesmente incrível! Comecei na piscina pela manhã, onde tudo correu super bem e ganhei confiança total com as explicações claras e o apoio do instrutor. À tarde, já no mar, estava à vontade pra mergulhar e só curtir o espetáculo: visibilidade perfeita, mar calmo e uma vida marinha fascinante – peixes coloridos, moreias, polvos, raia e até um cavalo-marinho!
Agradeço ao centro pelo trabalho fantástico, o staff super simpático e acolhedor, e especialmente ao Ricardo, meu instrutor, que tornou tudo divertido e descontraído. Following your message, we carefully reviewed the details of your dives, collected information from our team, and verified the facts to ensure we fully understood the situation.
Here is a summary of our findings:
* You completed one refresher session with a qualified professional on october 1st, followed by one single tank dive only on october 4th.
* Your dive group consisted of five people: one instructor, one divemaster, yourself, your buddy, and one additional diver. This ratio of two professionals to three divers is considered appropriate and safe for the site conditions.
* The dive site does not contain any caves, so the dive did not begin in a cave environment.
* Your diving qualifications were reviewed and recorded in the forms you completed prior to any activities, as is standard procedure for all divers.
* The results of your refresher session on October 1st were properly communicated to your dive instructor before your second dive on October 4th.
During the dive, our team and your buddy provided assistance to ensure you felt comfortable and supported. A full dive and safety briefing were provided beforehand, and the dive was conducted according to plan.
For any divers who would like additional support, we also offer the option of a private guide to provide even more personalized attention.
