This was one of the most memorable and well-curated tours I have ever experienced. Victor is truly a master of his craft when it comes to tapas tours. The rich history, local insights, and authentic interactions made this experience second to none. I especially appreciated the small details that brought Madrid to life, such as learning about the flute-playing knife sharpener who still rides through the city. I also enjoyed Victor's personal insights into where Spain's finest seafood comes from and the stories behind the local cuisine. All in all, this tour will be remembered for years to come. It was a wonderful experience filled with great food, excellent drinks, fascinating history, and the opportunity to share it all with like-minded people. An incredible culinary and cultural experience. Some of the best food I've had in Madrid so far, and I loved getting to experience the city through a local perspective. We cannot recommend this tour enough !!! This was the highlight of our two weeks in Spain :) The evening with Victor felt less like a tour and more like spending time with a close friend who also happens to be an exceptional foodie. Of course, the food was outstanding, but what made the experience truly special was the conversation, the atmosphere, and the sense of discovering the city through someone who genuinely loves it. This is an absolute must for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable experience.

This tour was fantastic!! You will feel like you’re walking the streets and tasting the best of local food with a new friend. The pace of eating and then walking and then eating again was terrific. It gave us time as a group to digest, get to know each other, see the neighborhood and locals living their madrileño lives. Note on the food- it was incredible to eat and learn something new all at the same time. The infusion of history streamed in was genius also. It’s a must-do this tour! ❤️💯

Not a generic tour. If you’re looking to experience a lovely day in Madrid, Flavours of Madrid delivers one delicious bite and step at a time. Victor is the kind of guy you say “we would have been friends in [insert: high school, college, work, etc]. “ The ambiance of each stop was: Vibes, but still classic; cool but still welcoming. The food at each spot was delicious. If you don’t think you really like Spanish food, this will convert you. Servings were generous without feeling obligated. Group sizes are kept small so very quickly you feel like you’re out with friends, not really on a tour. Pace was perfect. The time flies! You’re done before your legs are too tired and your stomach too full.

Wir hatten seine super schöne Zeit während der Führung. Der Guide war sehr sympathisch und hatte eine große Leidenschaft fürs Essen. Man entdeckt Teile und versteckte Orte von Madrid die man als Tourist nie sehen würde! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Great conversation, local knowledge, and most importantly, excellent choice of tapas bars and dishes in Madrid. My wife and two kids (4, 2) thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with our guide Victor! We went at 12:00. Two of my favourites were the mejillones en escabeche from Hermanos Vinagre (very fresh mussels) and meeting el maestro cortador de jamón at Alimentación Mediavilla.

Such a great experience! We loved touring with Victor, he was so nice and a blast. He took us to some of the best spots and we got to try local food- some we had tried before (but the places he took us to were better) and some we had not. Definitely need to book this tour if you want to try some really great quality, must-try Madrid food & drink!
