Wir buchten eine Teotihuacan-Tour mit Basilika de Guadeloupe. Wir waren 10 1/2 Stunden unterwegs und hatten genau 2 Stunden Zeit uns Teotihuacan anzusehen. Viel mehr Zeit verbrachten wir mit Warten. Grund: eine zweite Gruppe wurde uns unterwegs zugeteilt. Erst mussten wir auf sie warten, dann hatten diese Mittagessen, wir nicht (wieder 1 Stunde warten) und dann wurden einige Teilnehmer zum Hotel zurück gebracht. Wir mussten deshalb erst 1 1/2 Stunden an der Basilika zubringen, und dann war der Bus nicht da. Weshalb wir ein großes Stück mit dem Metrobus zurück fahren mussten! Der Führer schwieg dazu. Dafür braucht man keine geführte Tour!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

i've been there in october 11th, the teotihuacán tour from mexico city.
first of all, when i came to the van from hotel gillow, the cabin is okay. when they reached their last hotel, it's polluted from the outside. the staff is nice, but they've talking too much on this tour. making my head fall asleep. when we reached our first destination, the tour guide was talking about some type of building is old.
by the time we reached teotihuacán, they let us listen about the history of teotihuacán, the sun position, etc. after they finished listened, they let us do free time. after the teotihuacán is over, we came to the buffet. which was okay. but they've charged me USD$3 for a 7up.
the third one was the worst. we been to the basilica, and the view is good. when we come back to the van, we've stuck in traffic. when the driver dropped off the people in other hotels, they've go wrong way. so they let us drop near the tower. the charging cable is not working at all.
overall, i'll get this 3 stars. the livery of the van is beautiful. the cabin was okay, but nice. the tour guide is nice and sometimes mean.
i would NOT recommend going this, if you go there, please be cautious since the drivers are going wrong way at the downtown.
La razón por la que doy una estrella es porque no cumplen lo que prometen con tal de venderte, a varios turistas les vendieron el tours con parada en otros lugares y el chofer de nombre Rafael lo único que decía háblale a quien te vendió el tours y no cumplían no lo recomiendo nada profesionales la parada a cocoyoacan solo fue Media hora, es mejor contratar un taxi que te viene saliendo lo mismo y tu ones tu tiempo nos fue mejor muy mala experiencia con esta empresa en Ciudad de México porque con otros tours en otras ciudades muy diferente el servicio

Terrible experience 0/0 recommend , we booked our tour in MONTHS in advanced and paid in full for a private tour! It was scheduled for 8/15/25 At 7am private bus for my whole family .
Not only did it show up at 10 am with a Full bus of people.
The driver apologized and didn’t understand why they told him to show up when he didn’t even have space and it was full of people.
We tried to cancel and get our full refund but they have hung up and do not want to provide our refund. Terrible experience.
Again I repeat do not use them unless you want a headache, and rip off.
Oh , and language was NOT a barrier as we are bilingual.

Todo bien, el primer tour a Teotihuacán el guía, nos explico muchas cosas en el camino y nos contó varias historias a su manera pero nos entretuvo. En el tour a las trajineras, nos llevaron antes a un taller de joyería de plata y siento que solo era para que compraramos. Y ahí se pierde tiempo. Me gustaría que hubiéramos echo un recorrido por la UNAM, aunque sea corto.
Faltó organización en los traslados de pasajaros , nos trajeron dando vueltas 1:30hr recojiendo a los demás pasajeros, tiempo que pudimos aprovechar en comer. El bufet al que nos llevaron estaba caro y muy poca variedad de comida , además de que era fría. Muy poco tiempo en la basílica de Guadalupe
