Matt is very professional, respectful and a reason we stayed with the roofing company in spite of other roofing company offers. Touchstone roofing completed the roofing installation at our home and we are very pleased with the safety protocols they undertook before starting the project. The staff/ team was very knowledgeable, skilled and worked at a fast pace. Matt was present to supervise the whole project, answer any questions and provided pictures of the work being completed live. We have been very satisfied with the roof installation. They also took care of the gutters, window screens, fence staining. We would definitely recommend Touchstone roofing for the roof installation and other projects as they are sincere and reliable. Don't be fooled! They are great salesmen and offer a nice sales pitch. They only have so many good reviews because they offer gift cards in return. Don't expect them to come fix any issues after the fact and they also come back and send additional invoices after your claim is closed. RUN!

I really truly expected extra charges, delays, every worst thing you can think of about having a roof replaced this coming from having to have the roof replaced 12 years ago. The nightmare that was compared to this was almost like night and day. I got the first pick on shingles I chose, they upgraded some things I didn’t even consider needing upgrading. Fixed/ replaced items on roof that should have been fixed by the previous company but wasn’t. This company handled the Solar part of my project perfectly. They also stayed in constant contact with me, which made me feel at ease every step of the way. All I can say is if you need a roof, Touchstone Roofing can be trusted. They work with your insurance company very well and for as much as I can tell, there’s nothing hidden about their work practices are very upfront, straightforward, and mindful of your property.
