Oliver Gaut and his wonderful team, Tyler and Lachlan, did an outstanding job under very difficult circumstances. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and the end result exceeded my expectations. This is a highly professional company, and I am beyond pleased with the quality of their work. After the recent heavy rains in Preston’s, Sydney, we noticed that our old bessa block retaining wall was collapsing and assumed it would need to be completely knocked down and rebuilt. We were preparing for a costly and stressful project—until we contacted Total Rock Concepts. From the very first interaction, the team was incredibly professional and reassuring. They assessed the wall and came up with a clever solution to repair and reinforce it, rather than a full demolition and rebuild. This not only saved us a significant amount of money but also avoided unnecessary disruption. What truly exceeded our expectations was the final result. The team finished the repair with a beautiful man-made rock finish, giving the wall a natural sandstone look that has completely transformed the front of our home. It now blends seamlessly with our landscape and looks far better than we could have imagined. We can't recommend these guys enough, Ollie & Tyler are fantastic at what they do, from expert advice during design to an excellent finished product. They cleaned up at the end of every day and nothing was too much trouble. They are true masters at creating resort style features for your backyard, from waterfalls, rock pool edging, retaining walls and landscaping, all finished to an artistic look and feel. A little late with our review! It’s been 1.5 years since Total Rock Concepts completed our backyard renovation! Our original concrete pool was in need of updating! We were recommended by mutual friends to contact Oliver about ideas on how to modernise our pool & surrounds. Oliver put our minds at ease with the budget that we had to work with & created the most beautiful rock waterfall incorporating a 8m waterslide that we are constantly complimented on. We love waking up each day to see such a beautiful landscape outside our window which our family & friends will enjoy for many years!

We watched every episode of the American show pool kings and then set out to find what is possible here in Australia? Ollie turned our 1980s original pool into a resort pool with a spa, waterslide and waterfall/cave - our own private Jambaroo. Completely honest and fair on the financial side sticking to the quote and very fair with additional works we added during the project.
