This was our first inventory using TDS, and I was highly impressed with Stefanie Ridgway and her team. In the past, inventories have taken 3–4 days, but Stefanie and her crew got it done in less than half the time. Everyone at my store was skeptical it could be done that quickly, and I’ll admit I had my doubts about accuracy as well. After personally walking variances with Stefanie, those concerns quickly disappeared. Even small parts we stock 100+ of were accurately counted, and her team was attentive enough to catch a mislabeled part on the shelf mid-count. The icing on the cake (ironically, since we started counting on Stefanie’s birthday) was how she made the entire process low-stress compared to inventories in years past. I can confidently recommend TDS to any parts department considering making the switch for their next inventory!

I can’t say enough good things about Total Dealer Solutions! We had approximately $12 million in inventory to count, which is a huge undertaking, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. This was our first audit using TDS, and we were skeptical on Friday — but by Saturday morning we were drinking the Kool-Aid. I know performing an annual parts inventory isn't supposed to be fun! But if you and your team are on your game as a department and do the proper prep work, and Stefanie with an "F" performs your audit, I can say without reservation — you will have a blast. Not only did we learn a couple of new things along the way, but we had a very relaxed experience the entire weekend.

We had our inventory done yesterday, 9.19.26. We have been using TDS for several years now. I would highly recommend them. They send you the prelim items that need done and really that's about all you need to do. When their staff arrives on the day of inventory, they handle everything. They run the inventory sheets, input, and provide all necessary materials. Really a great company. If you are blessed to get Field Manager Raymi Fernandez, then your experience will step up another notch. Raymi has been doing ours for several years. He is always punctual, extremely knowledgeable, very kind and considerate. He helps with any issues and makes sure you know what is going on. He works well with our staff, they all love having him in charge of our inventory. With over 25 years in the parts business, I highly recommend TDS and Raymi Fernandez for an exceptional inventory experience.
