I visited Total Beauty and Wellbeing today and had a fantastic experience! It started with a warm welcome and I was taken straight through to the treatment room for my lash extension appointment. Dawn has fantastic knowledge and a wealth of experience in beauty and tailored my lashes to both my expectations and to what suits my eye shape, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended for all your beauty needs!

I have just moved to the area and needed to get my new routines established. I chose this salon because I liked the ad and the ease to get to - on Eltham High Road opposite the fire station. I booked in for a half leg wax and mini pedi. What a treat was in store for me. I had been very lazy and hadn't had my legs waxed for nearly six months! Leighanne was so professional I hardly felt it - it was the most painless leg wax I have ever had. And she was quick, but very thorough and checking for any super resistant hairs. Then followed by a mini pedicure. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Leighanne massaged, buffed, and painted my toes until they looked like I was on holiday all ready. And while she did this, I sipped on a lovely hot coffee she'd made me. While I sat in reception the manager was very friendly and helpful, enhancing my experience at Total Beauty; they all seem to work well as a team and seem to really care about their clients. I have booked in again for next month and now have a loyalty card. The prices are very competitive and the service excellent. Do yourself a favour ladies (and gentlemen) and book yourself into Total Beauty for a treatment.
