TRUSTWORTHY. HONEST. NO BS!! They do not play around and waste time at this shop. I was a walk in, needed a new battery asap I was in and out , they also took the time to check my alternator and other components to make sure that nothing else was wrong .

Great people here. Had a starter go bad & these guys had me fixed up the same day back up & running. These guys are pretty straight up with you, which can be hard to find in this industry. Just sitting in the waiting room (where they have some cool fish) I could see how well they treat customers. They talk to them like a friend & with honesty. I will be coming back here, and I recommend you come here if you are on the fence with where you're wanting to get your car fixed. Great people here, great work, and an honest price. Do work with these men!

Scam Likely. These people will swap out something you don’t need, reset the code for the real issue for a week and say your car is fixed. ryan and bj are only saying whatever they need to get more money out of you. These guys are incompetent. I almost died due to their negligence!! My power steering went out exactly a week after they claimed my battery is why my power steering was out. They won’t even refund or admit fault. Learn from my mistake. I will go to the dealer for now own. Everyone out here is looking for a quick buck. These guys are no different. I checked at the dealer and they told me the real issue. Called these guys up and they are still giving me false diagnosis lol. So incompetent it’s laughable. Now I you are getting exposed. I will NEVER recommend. They are very slow. Give false diagnosis. Overcharge. And when the problem comes back a week later they are looking at you like it’s your fault! Laugh at my pain. I really almost died thinking my car was fixed. Very scary losing power steering at 70MPH. I’m just glad I’m still alive! Don’t come to Total Toledo. Pure crooks

To keep it short and sweet, they a very professional and experienced. Have an extremely understanding front desk manager, and fast working, accurate, and efficient mechanical staff. They handled my car problems that should have prolly taken a few days, in a matter of hours and my car runs smoother than I expected and with no loud squeaking noises that I had issues with before. 100% recommend them for your car troubles if you need something done quickly and correctly.

I brought my father's car in last minute to have rear brakes and rotors done. I got a call that the caliper needed replaced, which I had a feeling but they called before proceeding which was much appreciated! Dropped the car off at 9:30 am and picked it back up at 2:30 pm the same day! My pop's is a 40+yr retired Auto Tech whose no longer able to do this job. First time in both our lives we paid someone else to work on either one of our vehicles and we chose them for a reason, you should too!!!
