Above and beyond!
We had a persistent blockage that couldn't be fixed by a number of other methods and blockage companies. I contacted Total Wipeout as a bit of a last resort thinking that we'd probably have to have our internal drains dug up to fix the issue. Kyry came out and identified the issue straight away with his camera after a previous company had said they cannot put a camera down the drain. He managed to find a spot (although it was tight) to put his camera down and it had been revealed that there were 2 drainage rods that someone had previously used to try and unblock the drain. It also had a cylindrical end to it which was causing most of the blockage, with other bits of debris attached to it.
Within about 20 minutes he had managed to clear the blockage, which had cleared the toilets, and also come up with a solution for retrieving the two rods. Using his own tools and the camera, he managed to attach his rods to the two stuck rods and pull them back without damaging the pipes or causing any more cost to fix the blockage. I couldn't have been happier with the service he provided not only was he really friendly but he was willing to try more to come to a solution, when other companies had just said "sorry, we can't do this".
Not only would I definitely have them back at my property to fix anything, I would recommend them to friends, family, and strangers alike. The service from everyone I interacted with has been brilliant, and they definitely went above and beyond to help solve our blockage. I can't thank you enough!

Exceptional service
I had a blocked kitchen drain, and after struggling for hours to fix it myself, I decided to call for professional help. They arrived promptly after my call and efficiently unblocked the drain. Not only did they solve the problem swiftly, but they also took the time to explain why the blockage occurred and provided valuable tips on preventing future issues.
I honestly can’t think of anything that could have made their service better. Highly recommended!
