I recently upgraded the lock on my safe using Toronto Safecracker. The technician was courteous, on-time, and quite thorough. Before departing, he made sure everything was operating well and went over the entire procedure with me. Great service and affordable prices!

Josh saved the day for me again. First over a year ago he was able to get me into an old safe that I had used at my office. I moved the safe to a second home and one day it would not open. A wire had come off and Josh walked me through how to repair over the phone. Had that not worked he was prepared to drive the 250 km to assist me. The phone instructions were successful. Josh refused to allow me to compensate him for his time. Great company super great service. Highly recommended. Thank you

I highly recommend Tim. He is fast to respond and he is very polite. I called and spoke to Tim early in the morning because I couldn't get my safe open, I didn't have the combination number. He asked me to send him a picture of my safe and he provided me with a quote that was fair and more cheaper then another locksmith that I called (who was really rude). My husband ended up finding the manual to our safe, so we found combination. If I ever unable to open my safe, I will be giving these guys a call.

I realized I forgot to write a review. While I was skeptical at first because I've never had to do this sort of thing before, Josh was extremely professional and knew his craft. Explained to me what the pros were of keeping my original safe versus getting a new one. The price difference. How he'd be able to assist etc. 100% would use him again.

It is not only that they are professional enough to solve Safe issues even remotely, they have the unique integrity and highly talented customer service skills which but the customer interest and requirements as #1 priority in the job. Asked them to open a safe at my work in a very cretical situation downtown Toronto and the job was done on timely maximum satisfaction manner. In my work, we listed him as primary provider for such services in the future and definitely recommending him to such jobs.
