I found Dr Ash to have terrible bedside manners. He called us about 20 times because he couldn’t find parking (we provided guest parking but there’s also street parking where we live) so we were trying to find him instead of spending our final moments with our dog. When we came upstairs he immediately made a negative comment about our pets weight, she was a healthy weight and was weighed at the vet monthly, he had never seen her before. After the process was complete he asked me to help him move my dogs body. It was horrible. I strongly discourage using his services. I lost trust and was worried about my pet the whole time. I wish we took her to our vet but we wanted her to go at home. I agree with the other negative reviews which state he did not respect their pet’s bodies, rushed, was disorganized, and focused on upselling. Dr Ash also was on the phone while we were trying to spend our final moments with our dog. It was heartbreaking and traumatizing. I questioned whether this man was even a vet when I should have been grieving the loss. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE USING THIS SERVICE.
On one of the most difficult & frightening nights of my life, Dr. Ash was there to share his professional expertise while offering kindness, patience & much compassion too. His understanding & sensitivity extended beyond that awful night until Brie arrived safely home to his final resting place. There is no way to overstate how kind, thoughtful and helpful Dr Bekhit was when our beloved Gypsy passed away at home over the weekend. His information was always clear, patient and flexible. He made losing our dear Gypsy as easy as it could possibly have been. Thank you Dr Bekhit.
Availability is good when I called. What displeases me and made me upset was the way my dog passed. I’ve had six other dogs passings experience before and all of them were euthanized by the vet. What I pictured was a very peaceful way my dog went ,just like they’re sleeping and simply their heart would just cease beating. With my experience here, my poor dog had an intramuscular shot which hurt him-he yelped before he went down sedated. Then an intravenous was inserted. Then when the medication was injected he started shivering, then his eyes opened up wide and was gasping for hair. All of which shocked me very much. This is what I don’t want for my dog’s last few seconds of his life. He don’t deserve these side effects. Like I said,I’ve had six other dogs put down and none of them had these issues. Utterly disappointed and traumatized with their experience. Also he kept repeating phrases “ he has had a long life” which I thought was not needed again and again. Silence is also respect. I would not recommend this service.

From the moment I texted just to inquire about the process, Dr. Ash was caring and supportive of my decision. Nothing was rushed, I didn’t feel forced - and I appreciated that it was all arranged so quickly and without much back and forth.
The care he demonstrated the day of was exceptional. It was a very difficult day, but the light footed approach he took was very much appreciated.
Having to unfortunately go through this, I would 1000% recommend Dr.Ash to facilitate this option. My sweet boy’s last moments were surrounded by love and I feel so fortunate that I was able to send him off with such dignity and grace.

Thank you to Dr.Ash. He was able to come shortly after I phoned him. He was so compassionate as we had to put down our cat Maddie at 11 1/2 years. Dr. Ash was absolutely incredible. He was available immediately, the arrangements were extremely simple and fast. He made an unbearable time much easier, which I thought an impossible task. He was sweet, compassionate, understanding, loving and above all professional and sensitive. He took my sweet Alfie across the Rainbow Bridge painlessly, sweetly and very quickly. I couldn't be more grateful for his kindness during time when my heart was breaking into million pieces. If you are ever in this impossible situation, please do not hesitate to contact him. Doctor Ash was there in our hour of need, his services provided the comfort of having to send our best friend ( Temo) off to Animal Heaven.
It was the first time using Dr. Ash’s services as I have had to put three dogs down in the past 10 years and will most likely have to in the future whereby I will definitely call upon Doctor Ash.

Always responsive and respectful. Dr Ash comforted us professionally and treated our pets with respect. Being home provides us the feeling of comfort and hopefully made sure our pets weren’t scared.

I would like to say thank you to Dr Ash for his compassionate and caring presence and making my dog's, Silver, last moments dignified. Silver was truly my best friend, best protector and best boy ever. Dr. Ash was truly a blessing my poor old boy needed to pass on and I was dreading the trip to the vet or emergency clinic. I knew the drive home would be unbearable and the days prior had been horrible. He made us feel so comfortable that we were making the right choice and he handled everything with such professionalism even with me bawling hysterically. We knew it was time to say goodbye to our beautiful Grover, and Dr. Ash came within a couple of hours. He was so very polite, respectful and gentle and made a terribly stressful decision clearer, explaining the process in a very compassionate manner. I recommend him fully without hesitation.

We used this service for our dog Eddie. We had no idea what to expect. Even though it was the hardest decision we’ve ever made and it was very difficult to go through, we are glad this was the service we chose and wouldn’t have had it any other way. It was quick, and absolutely painless for our old boy. Having this happen at home, it’s the only way to go.
