I cannot express how grateful we are for Dr. Ash. We reached out last minute when our senior dog Ella declined suddenly, and he came to our home with such calm, compassion, and professionalism. He treated our girl with dignity, spoke gently, and guided us through every step. In an impossibly hard moment, he made things peaceful. We will never forget his kindness. Dr. Ash is a wonderful vet and person. He made himself available quickly -- and in the evening -- to ensure my dog could go peacefully and not face another night of suffering. Dr. Ash helped us say goodbye to our dog at home, and I can’t say enough about how he handled it. He was professional and calm from the moment he arrived. Having it happen in our own home made a huge difference. Our dog was comfortable and relaxed in his own space instead of a clinic.
What meant the most was that Dr. Ash never rushed us. He let us take all the time we needed to be with our dog and say goodbye properly. That kind of patience and compassion is rare, and it turned an awful moment into something as peaceful as it could have been.

Dr. Ash was extremely professional, considerate and caring when we utilized his services last week. Saying goodbye to our beloved pet was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, but being able to do so at home, with him, in his favourite spot with both of us was a huge gift, and made a difficult time easier.
Dr. Ash was easy to book, communicate and work with, and obviously genuinely cares for pets and the people in their lives, and made a very hard situation the best it could have been given the circumstances.
I feel really lucky that we were able to say goodbye to our best friend under circumstances where he was calm, and happy, and free of pain and additional suffering, despite his challenging illness finally getting to the stage where it was too much for him. While the end of our time together was extremely difficult, I wouldn't have had it any other way.

We had to put our sweet boy down about 7 weeks ago. We found out at 430 pm on a Sunday that we had to let him go, we took him home to snuggle with his brother and by 9pm Dr Ash was at our home. He had kidney failure which came on pretty fast. It was a very hard decision but Dr Ash was patient and kind throughout the process. We also required services after hours which cost a little extra but totally worth it to be able to do in our home. Sorry for the late review and thank you such much for giving us the option of euthanasia at home!
We had the unfortunate experience of having to say good-bye to not 1, but 2 of our 3 small, senior dogs within 48 hours.
I contacted Dr Ash after a friend told me about him, and I knew the time was coming and he truly helped make the experience as comforting and reassuring as possible. He answered all of my many questions and explained each next step and brought me much peace and comfort to the difficult day(s). Dr Ash helped us through the horrible experience of losing our family dog. He was so kind, compassionate and patient and talked us through the impossible. We called him

Dr. Ash was so helpful and made us feel at peace when our sweet Lola had to finally cross the rainbow bridge. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Ash for coming on such short notice to help our beloved William. We are so thankful that William was able to pass at home with all of us holding him and in caring hands during his final moments.
William's health had declined very quickly, and we were scrambling to find someone who could help us during such a difficult time. Dr. Ash was able to come within a couple of hours and helped William cross the rainbow bridge peacefully and with dignity.
