Would give zero stars if possible. Asked about a deadline being met before dropping my items off, which was agreed to. Deadline was not met, communication ignored after I followed up. I show up a week after to find out nothing was done. Decided to pull my items and my brand new hoodies (3) were returned to me covered in dog hair all within the hoods and pockets too.

Hey Jeremy, after trying to reach out and resolve this with you I think it should be fairly known that you did not leave me an email or text and decided to give the information to someone else who does not work for me, and just laid your garments out basically on the floor not even in a bag or anything. Iv offered to clean and wash the garments even though I was not involved or informed about this order.

Product color was not as described. I ordered a dark green hat and received a black hat. I emailed them for a refund / exchange on my order, and they do not reply. But responds to my review instead.

You bought a dark green pigment dye cap. There are variations in colour as it’s pigment dye. You’ve also been refunded so I don’t know why you decided to leave a bad review
