Tatum is literal perfection, she has been so helpful throughout my journey buying my first home. As a first time homebuyer it’s difficult to navigate and at times can be trying but she has taken so much time to explain every step of the way to make this as easy as possible. Additionally she is a very impressive negotiator, she knows how to make sure both the buyer and sellers walk away with a smile. Lastly she has such an amazing work ethic she has stayed up countless night to get everything done promptly and efficiently.
