Enjoyed our stay at the Pullman, luxurious, clean, staff very obliging. Free parking unusual for hotel stay. Cafe staff incredible, morning coffee exceptional, the young lady serving was polite, efficient and made the best coffee i have had in a long time . We are Accor members so cost effective for us, using points and discounts.

We are regular customers at the Tori Bar and Cafe. We love the food, service and atmosphere. We often come in for tea or coffee and cake or lunch. Recently we asked for Chef to make us a Basque Cheescake for a special occassion. The staff were lovely. The cake was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Top stars for a top place.

I'm a regular at Tori cafe Penrith. The service from Jay is outastanding. She always makes me feel welcome. The coffee is second to none. Some things you never want to change. The coffee at Tori Penrith is one of those things. I would also like to mention Dylan who is very friendly and professional. It is always a pleasure to visit. Steve Vial

Thought I would Duck in for a takeaway coffee I stood there for 15 minutes and two staff members could see me waiting. After 15 minutes, they asked me if I was waiting on something and realised they had placed my receipt in the completed pile. Never again
