Tant Eva, com tot el seu equip són molt amables, professionals i tracten els animals amb una estima i una delicadesa que es nota des del primer moment. Esta tarde hemos ido por primera vez y no podemos estar más agradecidos. Nos atendieron enseguida y fueron encantadores con mi perro. Muy cariñosos, atentos y profesionales. Da gusto encontrar gente que cuida así de los animales.
Desde el primer día la atención a sido excelente, a kuma le encanta ir a por los baños y se siente muy cómodo con los veterinarios. Y a nosotros nos responden todas las preguntas que tengamos. Sin duda los recomiendo

So grateful to have found this veterinary clinic, I just moved to Valencia, and one of my dogs has had seizures since she was very young and they were very attentive and responsive after I had a stressful experience at another vet.
This is officially the only vet I’m taking my two small dogs to. You can tell that they really love animals and how they interact with them.
Plus i’m new to Valencia only one month and I’m learning Spanish, but it is not up to par, particularly for medical or veterinary care, and their English was excellent, which gave me another layer of safety.
Happy to report that my dog now has her seizure medication and we are all breathing a little easier in our new home Valencia.
Outstanding veterinary and staff! We needed a pet passport for Europe and Centre Veterinari Na Jordana turned out to be an excellent choice! Making an appointment via WhatsApp was very easy and speedy. They responded to my initial request within 24 hours and had an appointment for us within a few days. When we arrived there was no wait and Dr Lucas took us in the exam room right away. We discussed my dog's information (I had the USDA certificate and vaccination record with me) and then had an examination and chip check. Dr Lucas also explained that within Europe it will be necessary to get a deworming within a few days of travel (number of days depends on destination country).
My dog is very shy and everybody made her (and me) very comfortable and provided helpful information. We were in and out in about 40 minutes. Definitely will return to Na Jordana for our future veterinary care needs. Thank you for being so caring, patient and thorough!
La doctora nos ayudó mucho; es muy amable y explicó todo con calma para que entendiéramos bien. Con su ayuda, después de que otro doctor en otro lugar le diera a nuestro perro mucho más antiparasitario del necesario y le doliera la barriga, ella pudo resolver la situación y, en unos días, nuestro maltipú ya estaba bien.
I recommend this place for foreigners or people on vacation as well. They are genuine and helpful, and they try to provide the treatment that best fits your pet. While I spoke in Spanish, even if you need to speak English or have very limited knowledge of Spanish, the doctor explains everything clearly.
We are very happy with Centre Veterinari Na Jordana. The staff not only speaks Spanish but also English, which makes everything much easier for us. The clinic is open on Saturdays, which is very convenient. They always remind us in advance when our cat needs a vaccine. Since our cat is a little afraid of injections and even of blood tests, they use special thin needles and take extra care. The biochemical tests are very complete, and the clinic also has an ultrasound machine on site, so we always feel in good hands.
Estamos muy contentos con el Centre Veterinari Na Jordana. El personal no solo habla español, sino también inglés, lo que nos facilita mucho la comunicación. La clínica abre también los sábados, lo cual resulta muy práctico. Siempre nos avisan con antelación cuando nuestro gato necesita la vacuna. Como nuestro gato tiene miedo a las inyecciones e incluso a la extracción de sangre, utilizan agujas especiales muy finas y lo tratan con mucha delicadeza. Los análisis bioquímicos son muy completos y además disponen de ecógrafo en la propia clínica, por lo que siempre nos sentimos en buenas manos.
No puedo estar más agradecida con este equipo. Son los mejores: súper atentos, cercanos y de verdad se nota que se preocupan por sus pacientes. Mi perrita Canela los adora, y eso para mí lo dice todo. Siempre hacen un poquito más de lo que esperas, y esa dedicación marca la diferencia. Cada vez que vamos, me siento perfectamente atendida y cuidada, y aún más mi perra que siempre va muy contenta. ¡Un 5 en profesionalidad y cariño!
Súper recomendada. Quedé encantada con el trato y la profesionalidad de Eva. Acudí con mi perrita que ya era muy mayor y tanto Eva como su auxiliar nos ayudaron mucho en sus últimos días.
