Update to my previous 5-star review: I originally gave five stars at the request of the staff who administered the Creyos test upon request. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been very different. I have been unable to get in contact with my provider, and the representatives refuse to relay my request for the doctor to call me unless I schedule another appointment. There is a significant language barrier, and despite multiple attempts to reach someone, I am now being ignored. I paid $30 for a test and still have not received my results. Due to miscommunication on their end, I was made to miss my appointment, yet they are attempting to charge me a $50 “no-show” fee, which is inaccurate. I am escalating this matter to the Department of Insurance. Patients should not be denied access to their provider or to test results they have already paid for.

Its too hard to get in touch with your dr.colby. When you call if you have an issue then they can barely communicate with ylu because they are off shore. They made me pay for this adhd test which he stated was through another company but they wanted me to leave a review while I waited for my test to start. Just weird vibes. I like Dr.Colby. But I hate the missed opportunities for communication because the people who text me don’t relay important messages. Ill try and find an actual physch MD thats reachable
