Stay Away - Scam company - Do not waste your time
I scheduled a free estimate with this company, Timothy Strueber came over took some measurements and drew a sketch of the fence and left. Later on shared the proposal (quote and contract). I went through their proposal, sketch and Terms and conditions and had a lot of questions. Especially about the issues with the sketch and the difference in measurements and if the proposal is fixed rate. So that it there are any measurement issues later on I need to know upfront what to expect.
I sent Tim and the owner Lisa Johns an email about the questions and asked if they could make some changes to the sketch mostly to avoid AC and landscape interference. And next thing i know they withdrew the proposal.
No reason given except that it is not the right fit!
I also called Timothy and he hung up on me when i was asking why was it withdrawn!
Looks like doing your due diligence to have a smooth process took away their opportunity to scam me in paying more later.
Extremely bad experience and wasted a lot of time behind this company.!! I honestly don't know how is this a 5 star rated company..

Update: Reached out to the owners of the company only to get a BS reason of why they pulled the proposal.. I responded saying they could have just discussed that before deciding to withdraw the proposal but no response after that email with the BS reason!
Seriously DO NOT waste your time with this company.!

Our decision not to move forward with the project had nothing to do with your questions or requested clarifications. The main issue was the request to include the post sleeves. That’s not something our installers have experience with, and rather than taking on work I wasn’t confident we could do correctly, I felt it was better for you to find a contractor who has direct experience with that type of installation.
My concern was that if the sleeves were not installed properly, it could affect or even void the warranty and protection you were trying to gain by using those materials in the first place. I didn’t feel it would be responsible for us to take that risk for either of us.
We are not a scam company. We were simply trying to be honest and upfront about a part of the project that was outside our experience level. As a small business, sometimes that means turning down work when we don’t feel we are the best fit for the customer’s needs.
I hope this helps explain where we were coming from and clears up any misunderstanding. If our intention was to take advantage of the situation, we could have easily added the extra scope, charged more money, and hoped for the best. Instead, we chose to be transparent about our limitations and respectful of your project.

Great experience with this company!! Adam was very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed quote on are all aluminum fence. The estimated time to have the job completed was done 2 weeks earlier than they thought, they came and their staff had it completed in one day. Looks amazing and we are so happy with the end results.

Ben and his team did a great job. They really cared about the quality of the job and making sure I was satisfied. When they were done they cleaned up the area and even washed down the vinyl fence! Very happy with the new fence.

I am VERY pleased with my fence, and my dogs LOVE it! Everything went smooth, and great. Just was a little disappointed with the follow up after the installation. No one checked to see if any concerns or issues. Kinda felt not so important after spending over 7k on my fence.

Travis and his crew of two, Manuel and Micky did an amazing job on replacing our fence. Travis, the owner kept in constant contact with is from the very first time that I reached out to the very end. His guys, Manuel snd Micky were two of the hardest workers I have seen in a while. Those guys worked nonstop and I made sure they were hydrated. : ) They were polite, hardworking and really did an amazing job. After everything was completed you really couldn’t tell they had been here because they cleaned up our yard and all of the trash!!! Hands down a top notch company. I highly recommend them!!! I had a really great experience with Top Rail Fence from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the crew worked incredibly fast while still paying attention to details. They explained measurements and layout clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the fence already feels very sturdy and well-built.
Even with weather/rain delays, they kept things moving and came back to make sure everything was completed correctly instead of rushing through it. I also appreciated that they were patient with all my questions during the install process. The finished fence looks clean, straight, and completely transformed the yard.
Overall, very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I can definitely see why they have such strong reviews already.

I originally had listed this at 1 star but am adjusting my review. There was a miscommunication between myself and Andy who had scheduled my appointment, however his staff was not aware of my appointment and gave me the impression that I did not have one. Andy called to explain the mistake and worked with me to come out a different day for the fence quote. He was very kind even though I may not have been and I do look forward to working with him.

These guys are amazing. Very professional while still being personable. No one else could even come out and look at my fence, much less get me on the schedule for almost 2 months. I explained to these guys that my neighbor was selling their house and we needed it done ASAP. They were here the same week, gave me an amazing quote and less than 2 weeks later we have a new fence. Can't recommend these guys more. Thank you so much, I'll be calling you again when it's time to replace the rest of my fence because I know it will be done right

I just had a fantastic experience with Top Rail fence company.
I met with Mark Johns ,the owner and had a great first contact and conversation about the fence that I required. And it was a excellent choice.
After I decided to go ahead,Lisa Johns the co-owner, took care of everything for the job. She kept me aprised out the permitting process and I just had to wait for my install day.
She was able to get me an earlier day and I am completely blown away by the amazing look of my cedar fence.
Mark was here first thing and walked me through the process and his crew was first rate. They got right to work and it looks flawless.
Top Rail fence company delivered on everything Mark promised and he has the best workmanship guarantee policy of any of the companies that I got estimates from. Six in total.
