Through the process he went above and beyond by explaining all aspects of the process to us in detail, being present during the insurance inspection and aiding with that, and doing a fantastic job with the roof on a quick turnaround before winter. I had some items that came back from a house inspection for roof leaks and was on a tight timeline to have it looked at. I called Chad and he didn't hesitate to help me. He was at my house quickly and inspected my attic for roof leaks and fixed my my minor roof issues right then. While up in my attics, he also reported the area that had been marked as possible mold areas actually had no mold or wood damage. This contradicted what a mold mitigation company had just told me that same afternoon and who had estimated $5000 to resolve the issue. I called another mold mitigation company and they quickly confirmed Chad's findings of no mold. Chad being so thorough and his care for his customers saved me $5000 in mold mitigation when there was no mold to mitigate. I greatly appreciate Chad's integrity, ease to work with, and great roof work. I highly recommend Chad and Top Notch Roofing for any roofing work though may need.

I was very pleased Austin Clapp with Top Notch Roofing. What a very intelligent guy. Austin was very helpful with helping with our roof. He explained the damage he found. Besides the destruction what was done. Austin was very thorough with decisions I had to make and helping with Insurance part of it. If he wasn’t for sure or questioning he would call the upper guy for suggestions. He found when his guys were tearing off the shingles the sheeting sheets underneath were wet so had to replace those. I can’t say enough about Austin. He would stop by and make sure the work was going well. He was on top of everything. I would definitely call Austin of Top Notch Roofing or anything for advice and estimates. What a Great Guy and his crew as well. There wasn’t a scrap left untouched.

Great customer service! Chad was recommended to me by a friend and he came out to check my roof the same day that I contacted him. He fixed what was needed and ensured me that the roof as a whole was fine. Apparently the previous roofer didn't seal things properly.

I needed a ridge vent installed. Ezra at Top Notch Roofing did an excellent job. They were able to perform the service within 3 business days of hiring them and the price was reasonable. I will hire them again if I would need other roof work.

Top notch roofing provided an excellent experience after the latest storm damaged part of our roof. Austin arrived quickly after i reached out. He was professional and knowledgeable and the team got the job done quickly.When I opted for a product that Austin thought was inferior he sent me resources to review my choices. He worked with my insurance company and fought for more than the initial estimate and sent pictures of what he felt needed to be done to do the job right.
