When we originally serviced your iPhone 14 Pro Max last year, the battery already installed in the device was an **original Apple battery that had failed**. We replaced that battery and completed the requested service.

When you contacted us again in April regarding another battery issue, **Top Notch Phone Repair returned and replaced the battery again under warranty at no charge**. We honored our warranty and provided the replacement without charging you for another battery.

We also discussed the **damaged/broken back glass on the device** and recommended addressing that physical damage because continuing to operate a damaged phone can expose the device to additional problems and complicate diagnosing recurring battery or internal issues. You chose not to proceed with the additional repair at that time, and we respected that decision.

It is therefore not accurate to simply conclude that repeated battery problems prove that we use “cheap” or poor-quality batteries. The phone experienced battery failure even with its original Apple battery, and the device has also continued to be used with existing physical damage.
